Capital One Bank Franklin Ave, Nutley

I had a great experience with Kiiyah she was Great and went over everything amazing. I highly recommend to see her for your banking services.

Went in to open a checking & savings account, Had lots of questions they were all answered allowing me to make educated choices. Had plenty to choose from, too. My experience was an excellent one. New it would be from the moment I walked in and was warmly greated. Capital One has services and programs that other banks don't. They are consumer friendly. I highly recommend this bank. They are very professional, courteous and knowledgeable.

Completely unhelpful. Gives no information and just refers you to the website. Typical for banks now I guess but still aggravating. Parking is also horrible.

very poor service. Banker is not really know what they doing. send international transfer they put one word wrong money did not go thru and they saying that i have to send money again, i asked them why i m sending because you made mistake they do not have answer for me. When i fist opened account they made another mistake transfer and the factory i bought product delay my shipment about 10 days. So beware of capitalone bank most of banker you deal . they dont know anything about banking system.

The bank is supposed to close at 1 pm. The drive thru was closed at 12:30 when I went. The lot was full of cars but only three groups of customers were inside.I had to park behind another vehicle that was in the drive thru lane that was already parked. Three tellers were at the counter. The one teller was counting out already at 12:40 pm. He told me I would have to wait on line for the next open teller. When I was finally waited on I asked about the drive thru being closed and was informed that they close it at 12 pm even though the bank is supposed to be opened until 1 pm. The teller didn't even apologize for the inconveniences I had to endure. This is terrible customer service.

Today at the drive thru teller tells me I need to show ID just to make a credit card Payment with my physical credit card and deposit. I told him I wasn’t asked before to present ID for a deposit. He then lied and said the system doesn’t allow him to make deposits without ID. I will get to the bottom of this. I love capital one online services.

I went into this Branch location today and were disappointed with this bank. I was next in line and the teller went to walk around. Forgetting that I were waiting for service. When an older caucasian gentleman stood behind me... she took him 😮. After waiting and standing for 20 minutes. It's sad that it is 2019 and racism still exist! I will never return to this location. May even close all 3 of my accounts! Never again!

Great Customer Service. I went to the branch to open an account and found the staff friendly, helpful and professional. In the most amazing quick time I had opened two accounts and was out the door. Thank You!!

This is the worst branch I have ever been on. I work for a bank myself and I know how banks should work and Capital One should be ashamed of this. I went to open a busness bank account, they had me going to the bank for 4 consecutive weeks because they were unable to open the account due to their own mistakes. At the end when all the things the did wrong were fixed they told me I cannot open an account because Im cuban, even though I have a US driver license, social security and Green Card. This is shameful, bankers are not qualified at all and the branch is a disastr. It was and awful experience and I plan to take legal action.

Had a really bad experience at the branch today - the entire team was unable to open a basic account for me. After wasting my time having me do variations of the same thing over and over again and being surprised each time that it didn't work, I finally got an account open after an hour and a half... at the PNC bank across the street!
