Our Mortgage Consultant, David McCorkle, was the most positive force during a stressful time buying an 1800's farmhouse. We were first time buyers, using VA loan, and were very green to any home buying and lending process. David really made it easy for us to understand the terms and conditions of the VA lending process, taking the time to speak in terms 1st time buyers could understand. He was available by phone and email, including weekends. And even answered questions not at all related to our mortgage.
