My husband and I recently refinanced our home. Kim was awesome sitting with us for almost an hour to give us our options. It was not an easy task. Had issues with my home insurance company and had to acquire a new policy. Appraisal and inspections finally obtained and we were off and running. We had several issues with a loan that I co-signed for my son. Showing proof he was the only one making payments was proving to be a huge obstacle. But Cathy came through for us. Ashton was on top of all the emails. They were able to get around all of these obstacles and and get us a great rate for our home. We went from 4.5% interest down to 2.37% percent on a 15yr loan. My fiance and I just went through the experience of buying a house for the first time. And let me tell you, Tiffany Saylor was INCREDIBLE! She went above and beyond for us in every possible way. She is so very personable and really makes sure you're understanding every step along the way. Our file was EXTREMEMLY complicated but she pulled through for us. Kim and the rest of the team at Cape Coral Mortgage are amazing!!! They were on the ball throughout my entire loan process, every time. I’ve completed 3 loans with them, and I can’t say enough positive things. They work miracles, are super efficient and responsive, and I always have a clear picture of exactly what I’m signing and doing every time. No smoke and mirrors here, these ladies are the absolute best at their jobs. Cathy and Kim have been specifically instrumental and helpful. They know their stuff!

The absolute worst experience I have ever had. They are unprofessional, rude, incompetent, and void of any integrity. They managed to upset everyone involved.......buyer, seller, escrow/title agency, insurance agencies, and anyone remotely involved with the process. What they are doing should be illegal and they need held accountable by the state financial regulatory body. We plan on filing complaints with any regulatory agencies that monitor brokerage and lending activities in the state. If I could leave no stars on this review I would.....but it forces at least one. Awful, awful, awful experience.......don't walk, run away from this brokerage firm.

I can honestly say that Kim, Cathy, and Tiffany made my first home buying experience a fascinating one from the moment that I reached out to them. From the first conversation I had with Tiffany; to the loan documents requested by Cathy to the final process of closing with Kim, it was smooth sailing from there. These three ladies explained each option that was available to me, and I never felt pressured into any decision.
