Tyler (agent) was absolutely great. He was extremely responsive to all of my contact requests and did a great job of helping me understand the process. With Tyler's help, I secured the house of my dreams within a few weeks (in this very competitive market). He did a great job of helping me keep track of important dates and distilling complex ideas into easy-to-understand decisions. Tyler clearly demonstrated his real estate knowledge and professionalism, but also was extremely personable and easy to get along with. I felt respected and heard, but we had a few laughs along the way. The loan team was also great. They worked with me to get the best deal possible and genuinely seemed to have my best interests at heart. I was pleasantly surprised to be paid the amount of money that I expected to pay. (No crazy curve balls or sticker shock toward the end). Cesar was the man. Corrine and Megan did a great job with helping me understand the paperwork during closing. We got through it all very quickly. A+ experience all around. Will be back.

Absolutely the most positive experience anyone looking for a refi can ask for. From the initial call, application process, getting and uploading all documentation (everyone's favorite part), scheduling the appraisal, final approval, closing appointment and follow up. It was really made simple and easy. I was literally shocked at how smooth it went, plus their staff is knowledgable and very professional. Any questions that I had were answered promptly and there were no hold ups. It went exactly the way it should. I highly recommend them. Oh and this no closing costs thing, it was true. I shopped around with several other mortgage places, and CapCenter got me the best interest rate and even shaved a year off. I used them twice in the past and loved them but now they are horrible!! The person handling my loan quit. Never spoke to the new person that was assigned to my case. I got covid days before closing date of 12/17. I called and rescheduled since I was sick and in quarantine. I was then told my rate expired 12/31. The manager said they would have had to pay fees to extend my rate since I didn’t come to closing with covid! I’ll never use them again. Lots of turn over in staff, new people who don’t know what they are doing and a lack of disregard of health and safety of everyone to suggest I should have did my closing with covid to keep my rate.

The entire process from start to finish was very streamlined and effective. Each team member I encountered was very knowledgeable and helpful. I strongly recommend others to use their services here at Cap Center.

Our 3rd loan over 12 years with CapCenter. Everything is seamless.. the originator hands you over to the next expert, then to the closer. It is like clockwork. We have had nothing ever go wrong. It really is true no closing costs other than state or fed mandated recording fee, insurance and the like, They are reputable and excellent at what they do. Highly recommend them and would use them again and again., My son and his wife used them after checking out the competition closing costs and rates.

I've used CapCenter twice: first for the financing on my original loan (which was my first home purchase) and second for the refinancing of that loan. The first time around was fantastic. Everyone I spoke with was quick to respond and walked me through the process. The second time had some hiccups: closing consultants not returning calls or emails, and not obtaining up to date run-off statements as promised, to the point where I had to get another CapCenter employee involved to obtain what was needed. I am giving them 5 stars because the savings are totally worth it; however, the general customer service from closing consultants and attorneys could be improved.

We are first time homebuyers who utilized every service CapCenter had to offer. We used a CapCenter realtor, Olivia Seay who was fantastic and responsive and quickly got a feel for what we were looking for in a home. She was thorough in explaining the offer process and helped us draft offers and negotiations that were competitive, but still protected us as the buyer. We used a CapCenter insurance consultant to find homeowners insurance who found better deals than we could. Both our loan consultant, Morgan Owens and closing consultant, Alex Rowe were very detailed and responsive in terms of outlining exactly what documentation was needed for the loan and closing process and communicating with me. And our closing attorney was wonderful about explaining every single document we were signing. Cap Center is great but you need to stop sending our loans to Citizens One! These people are the worst to deal with and you can't ever log into your account or if you get someone on the phone they can't speak English!!!!!!!!!!!!!! If I ever go thru Cap Center again I will refuse loan if it goes to Citizens One!

In the midst of a pretty hectic home buying market, the experience with CapCenter and their personnel made us a lot less stressful, and also important, saved us money. We got a great rate on our mortgage, and their insurance consulting team (I don’t think other mortgage lenders have an insurance arm?) was enormously helpful in breaking down the difference between his contract and one from USAA. Very very happy we worked with CapCenter. Made things easy.

OMG! This year, we have refinanced two houses with CapCenter. The experience is great! They are quick, efficient, honest and you get exactly what they tell you. Filled out an application online. Within 24 hours, got a call, within 48 hours, had submitted 6 documents and was approved. Closed in 3 weeks. Highly recommend them!

Disappointed! I have used Capcenter in the past and they are usually wonderful; however I refinanced two of my investment properties through them and closed in November and the process was horrible from beginning to end. When I applied online I had to wait several weeks for the process to begin after I completed my applications online. I received emails letting me know that someone would not be available for a few weeks due to high volume. During that time the rates went up, which I assumed they did because they couldn’t handle all the volume they had. They wouldn’t honor the original rates online when I applied after someone finally contacted me back to begin the process. During the process I was asked for documentation that wasn’t even required. I had to point out the items requested were not on my commitment letter. I worked with two people for two transactions and they were not asking for the same documents, which they shouldn’t have been. All documentation requirements were the same for both loans. One of my processors was transferred to another dept during the process. I sent her several emails and left her messages and she never responded. I found out from my other processor that she had taken a new job within the company. It would have taken her 2 mins to email me back and let me know that and provide new contact info, but she didn’t. My loan officer was copied on those emails, he never responded either because I found out he left the company. Finally several months later the day before closing they ask for tax returns, which I questioned and got no explanation of. After I refused to provide because it was not needed, they researched and determined I was correct. The day of closing the closing documents were incorrect and I had to wait for them to re printed and finally I had to contact them because it’s been two weeks since closing and they hadn’t paid off my previous mortgages, which it took several calls for someone to call me back and help me. They admitted there was an error, but when I asked what happened I was told a Mgr would contact me with an explanation. I haven’t heard back. As much as I loved dealing with them in the past, based on this experience I’ll never use them again. To sum it up… lots of turn over in staff, new people who don’t know what they are doing, errors, unresponsiveness and a lack of caring.

I applied online last Saturday, and haven’t heard a word from anyone from this company. They pulled my credit , sent me an automated message that they received my application, then nothing. Not impressed. Going somewhere else…..

I have worked in the mortgage industry and so I know the ins and outs and how difficult it can be. Using CapCenter was the best decision I could have made! Great people, easy to work with and always available to answer my questions. Got a great rate, they covered closing costs so the out of pocket cost was small. Overall a great experience for what that's worth in the mortgage industry. (Just to give you perspective: I looked at 3 other loan companies and none of them could beat what CapCenter was offering me. including Quicken and Wells Fargo.)

When I started the process of refinancing my home, my goal was to lower my monthly payment. I called capcenter and a month later we have closed and my monthly payment went down over 200 dollars and I was also able to remove the "PMI" on my loan. When it came time to close I owed no money at all. All I brought was an ID. Capcenter met every need I had along the way and was always reponsive and thorough if I had any questions. I will certainly call capcenter first the next time I refinance! Thank you capcenter!!!!
