Canvas Credit Union - Ridge Branch Aloha Ct, Castle Rock

So nice to finally find a bank where the people actually care. I think it’s important to have a personal relationship with your bank. These big banks that don’t care cause nothing but grief but here at Canvas everybody knows your name! Can’t get better than that.

When I try calling their phone, I get placed hold, and when it rings their customer support system for a real person, the phone hangs up and I have to call back to be on hold again. Also, their call back system doesn’t work either. I wished they had better technology systems as well.

This place knows nothing about security! You're doing your transaction out in the middle of the lobby, verbally giving them your account info and security questions wide out in the open!!! They are accessing accounts through WiFi WHATTTT I'm surprised they are allowed to do this!! WiFi can be hacked and your financial info STOLEN. wow.

I don't know how these guys have 5 stars. I have never worked with less caring people. I feel the people putting 5 stars must be employees.

Been banking with canvas almost a year and every time we come in it has been such a pleasant experience. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. Love it here!

They will only allow me to close my savings account in person. I don't live nearby anymore. Now they are charging me an inactivity fee. Month by month eating away at my account. I've asked they close my account over the phone and mail me a check but they refuse. I don't recommend using this place. Difficult to work with.

I just spoke with Katie in the call center for canvas Credit Union and she was extremely kind patient and professional. She made me feel like she really cared about helping me Resolve my issues and I can't ask for more than that from someone in the customer service profession. I think Katie definitely deserves a huge pat on the back and from a customer standpoint she is a model type of professional that a customer would like to work with. Thank you again for the wonderful experience

I have never worked with a bank that consistently went out of their way to be accommodating and helpful. I started with a loan and then business accounts, and now will be moving all my personal accounts as well. A pleasure to work with.

Best experience at a bank thus far. Highly recommend going here. Very friendly and makes you feel like part of a family.
