After being denied at 4 different mortgage companies, I thought I’d just give up and keep paying $$$$$ rent, but after catching up with an old friend that I hadn’t spoken to in a while, He told me he had a similar but twice a complicated situation that I had. He told me to call his favorite loan officer whom he met online. I was hesitant to call any loan officer at that point because I was bitter and just didn’t believe anyone could help me with my situation but I gave her a call anyway. After a few days, I called and as soon as she answered, it was like talking to a longtime friend. She made me feel comfortable and listened to everything I had to say. She guided me through everything. She had patience with my concerns but she also knew how to move things forward as fast as she could. Candace kept me posted everyday and her confidence had me feeling confident too! I am no longer paying rent and I’m so grateful for everything Candace Ravelle had done for me and I will always use her for my future mortgage needs. I am extremely happy how everything turned out.
