I have used this bank for over 5 years now. Honestly I just don't think they are of much use. In order to get any loans considered you have to be over a 700 credit score. They will tell you they want to help in any way they can yet never really do. I am looking to switch my business account soon, there fees are high and You don't get any service. I would bank just about anywhere else.

Customer service is very poor. A custodian named Adam was quite rude. Never going there again.

I would give zero stars but I gave it a one because they gave me my money. Bad customer service and did not feel welcomed and the employees were not friendly even though I just moved here! I wont be coming to this bank again. I'll stick to my Camden Bank in augusta on State Street. Friendly employees, very helpful always smiling to customers welcoming them as soon as they pull in or walk in!
