We reached out to various agents in the South Bay (Palos Verdes) in our search for a home in the area. George was the most responsive, energetic and passionate. So, we hit it off. He patiently educated us the market conditions in the area, and it did not take long before he understood our parameters as he showed us various homes we were interested in. Of course, he was responsive via texts, calls and emails as we discussed the homes visited. At no point during the process that we felt pressured to enter into contract. He was quick in providing a very candid assessment of the pros and cons, and gave us his gut valuation of the home. He also used web analytics from an in-house database of unique user views of the property, and incorporated that into his negotiation tool on our behalf during the contract process. He consistently pushed the bank and appraiser to meet the deadlines for closing. It is worth emphasizing that we came out of the process trusting George ever more in his integrity and diligence.
