Judy Rae, I looked on the internet and some friends also recommended loan officers for my need of a loan however nobody was able to deliver until I met Judy. I needed a fast loan to buy a mobile home park. Judy was able to obtain a loan quickly on another property I had without the long drawn out process that the other lenders put me through. I am a lender and I had the most unique scenario I could imagine. I had a client purchasing a below market property. The unique part was that the borrower had no down payment. The property was in an very desirable location but had quite a bit of deferred maintenance. Even given that the loan to value was 61%. I shopped it with several investors to no avail.
