I would do no stars if possible. This bank is extremely difficult to work with. They hide your loan info and you have to wait 15 minutes to speak with someone on a non-busy day. I spoke with James then transferred to supervisor of the Call center named Damon, not only did they not help me but told me I needed to call back later AND would have to await 15 -20 minutes again. They are NOT helpful and I would NOT recommend them.

opened account last friday at the branch. i try create online access at home, but it was not going through. i wasted 30 min with rep over the phone for nothing. so i have to visit branch again and see the teller at the branch, cause somebody screw up when creating my account at the branch.

Horrible horrible horrible! Let’s start off by saying how horrible there mangers are! I worked for this company for a while and when people call in upset 😡 just know the horrible work management gives causes the employees to have a high stress level.. but again that’s not an excuse . Managers don’t care about members as much as they say they do ... all employees that work for cccu customer service get fired or quit because all the managers do is look for wrongs and never encourage staff. so everyone who calls in wondering why there is a long wait it’s because there’s only 5 workers practically due to management! The worst I would not recommend working here. Donna is rude , Sherry is lost VP and they run the department just looking to let people go .. no encouragement!

This credit union will rob you in hidden fees and NSF charges. Their customer service team is horrible.

Very friendly employees providing fast, efficient service. Even during the COVID-19 restrictions, I was greeted with smile eyes and the lines moved very fast. I have never had an issue with this branch. The only room for improvement would be if this branch was also open on Saturdays.

From the moment I entered the branch as a prospective member I was greeted with a genuine smile and willingness for assistance. I met with Kathy at her desk. She was superb. She answered all my questions, accomplished my goals and informed me about current promotions. One which I capitalized on. Great experience overall.

I was a member here for a lot of years and only left because I needed business banking and they did not offer the service. Loved the service and the friendly attitudes. Loans were a snap and never a problem.

Excellent customer service. Friendly and always quick.
