THE STAFF IS NOT RUDE !! REMEMBER YOU CAN USE YOUR WORDS CUSTOMERS FORGET THEY DONT NEED TO WAIT IN LINE TO ASK A SIMPLE QUESTION !! STOP BEING SO SHY !! YOU WAIT IN LINE FOR SERVICE !!! ITS MY 1ST TIME HERE SINCE THEY MOVED THEIR SAN JACINTO LOCATION THE CONSUMER SERVICE WAS QUICK I DONT KNOW WHY PEOPLE COMPLAIN !! I SEE ITS THE WOMEN COMPLAINING ... GUESSING CUZ WOMEN DISLIKE EACH OTHER , JUST DONT BE RUDE OR IN A RUSH AND IT WILL BE A GOOD EXPERIENCE

THEY NEED TO UPDATE THEIR HOURS ON GOOGLE. I drove yesterday, was there at 6:30 and they were closed! According to google they close at 7pm😠

Walked in with two waiting in front of me.. meanwhile the teller name “Jazmin” was too busy flirting than working. Second employee comes around 9:40 “Leslie” and she begins doing unneeded tasks, instead of helping reduce the wait time. Re train these agents on customer service please. Then proceeded to try to charge me 15.00 for a 400.00 check... now my check is on hold because the teller didn’t know what she was doing and took it from the bank without confirming the charges with me.

The wait is ridiculous. And the employees need better training. There was only one person working, and the line was out the door. The one girl that was working was extremely rude and insisted on making things more difficult than they needed to be. She kept insisting the only way she could verify my employment by speaking to someone, and refused to listen when I kept trying to explain that the company is a large corporation and they provide a employee verication number to call. She refused to understand that calling a large company and asking to speak to me is imppossible. After spending over an hour in line and another hour at her window while she calls a company with thousands of employees and mulitiple locations expecting to have someone verify my employment, I decided doing business here was not worth it.

All the ladies/workers/managers there are very rude they never greet you or even smile. Not a friendly place. I will no longer be going there. Plus they charge way to much to cash your check…. This place really need to get new employees ASAP

This is the most unprofessional check cashing establishment that hemet has to offer. I hate giving this place any business id rather drive 15 min away just to avoid these ladies. They are all very rude and very argumentive its pretty unprofessional. This lady named " Yotmite" is the most disrespectful worker thats there and it seems shes always there with an attitude every time i come for any service. Id Iike to see her fired or slapped by an angry customer. Either way ill be happy. DO NOT GO HERE UNLESS YOUR READY TO SNAP ON SOMEONE!

Don’t come here they will over charge you to cash your check I had to pay 21 dollars to cash my check I came because Walmart system is down and in Walmart I pay 4 dollars for the same check every 2 weeks

Useto be good, not any more. I work in yucapia, (10 am to 5 pm) live 4 miles from this store, went in a 9: 00 am so i could get my transaction done and get to work, i waited an extra 15 min. While the one girl counted down the draws for the day ( couldnt they come in 15 min. earlier to get that done?) so at 9:25 im leaving for work not good. Tonight i leave work and haul butt to get to hemet by 6 i made it, at 5:55 go to the door to find it locked...they are closed I need to get this done but cant now.. After i found the doors locked and the 2 girls in there, counting down draw i walked to my car checked the time again...i called them at 5:59 and asked what time they closed..i was told they closed at 6:00....I wont be back..im done. I go into work early to get the office ready for the day...so people arent wasting their time waiting on me...and i keep the office open until. 5:00 so people dont get what i got..its a common courtesy, (so i thought) to be open during posted hours...

The fat over foundation lady is rude and mas makeup all over her mask should probably get a better job she makes low income she's overweight I feel bad for anyone who knows her tbh low life scammer
