This is the worst business! Steer clear of this place. They stole my Information. Employees are under trained. They had inappropriate conversations about my personal data my personal data in front of me AND IN FRONT OF GUEST'S WAITING IN LINE in front of the entire store. The manager was the smartest one but Not professional at all. don't trust these people. STEER CLEAR IF LOOKING FOR A LOAN!!!!!!

Bad customer service!!!! 04/03/2018 @ 9:30 am. I walked in to your place of service @ 417 Mchenery Ave Modesto Ca. two people were being assisted. when i walked in I'm told "Be right with you" well the teller at window 5 or 6 was assisting her customer and there is a conversation going on between these two unrelated to the transaction well after the transaction, i mean one can only hear the completed transaction. I found this very inconsiderate, rude, and a show of bad customer service. I walked out and went to ACE Check Cashing. I've been a customer of California Check Cashing and at this branch for well over 8 years but after my experience this morning, I'm not quite sure if I'm going to return

The employees that work there are all Mexican they are rude slow not presentable for a cash checking place. They need new hires. It took the over 30 minutes to cash my check. They kept asking eachother what to do. I ask them a question and get no response. Do not come here to cash your check they only are nice to their kind. Mexicans only at this store or they will treat you rude. The manager there even said sometimes we help people and sometimes we don't and we just aren't now but the Mexicans are good at that store. Ugh just don't come here white folks 😬

The worst place.after verifying my check was good.and calling the owner of the check asked her a bunch of personal info.that was all correct.the manager called the owner back again and wanted her ssn.of course she said no.why would a millionaire give her social to a 2 bit check cashing place. For a small ass check for $540 bucks.there up to something like draining there bank account. You need a check cashed go to money mart.they wont embarrass you by asking your customers that you worked for. for there social number.and they are cheaper.faster and friendly.

With the stress of everyday life and the needs of a simple loan to cover the bills, I find the workers at this location are quick, kind and understanding. Great people helping out in time of need.

"Cash me out back" Just another check cashing place. You meet all sorts of people in line waiting to cash your check. Why go here instead of a bank?
