Horrible place. Been going here for quite some time then when my mother tries to sign up the lady wouldn’t sign her up and then proceeded to call me a liar and my mother a liar in front of a full audience. It was both embarrassing and unprofessional. I had my friends payroll company that was going to do over 700k in business with them here very soon but I convinced Him to go another route with people who are more hospitable and nice to their customers.

The guy was very rude over the phone and in person to my grandpa who is going deaf and barely understands English and made him feel like his questions didn't matter and disrespected His integrity and discriminated against.

Normally, there is a lady that has worked here forever and is very helpful. Today we(daughter) were told yes they could help. After a loooooong wait and while I thought the payment was being processed, we get, sorry we can't help you. Check can't be verified. This was government money. Can't be more legit. Asking a few more questions, I was then treated like I was trying to cause a scene, which I in no way was and dont appreciate the incinuation. I will not recommend or return. You guys need money and to know your business...........

Awful service. The woman, African American, whom I assume was in charge had attitude did not help me and made me feel very stupid when asking directions. Then when another assistant helped me he made a mistake and she belittles him in front of many other customers. I don't know who trained her or who peed in her Cheerios this morning but I was extremely upset and felt horrible for Trevor, who was amazing and had great customer service as she was talking him down. I will never return as long as that woman is working there. Ridiculous and extremely unprofessional

So weird & secretive over the phone... won't give rates or estimates... no ballpark numbers or anything. The representative couldn't even tell me what guidelines are used to determine pricing just "bring your check in & we'll run it through our system & be sure to give you the best rate". Makes me think they're just charging whatever they want when you get in.

After months of me and my husband cashing our checks here the one time my husband needed to do an advance they acted as if they never seen him before and told him that a current check stub was not current enough and they wouldnt help him even tho he had one that was less than 30 dat old we ened up going to check into cash and they helped us but seriously poor customer service very rude and dont no what there doing

Went in @10:45 because there website said not normally busy. Three people working and still had to wait for the lady in front of me! I'm a regular customer, they have all my information. I hand them my check already filled out, and ID and the girl sitting next to her in forms me that she is training this girl and needs to ask a bunch of questions. I told her I have a Doctor's appointment in 20 minutes and could she please take care of me and she rudely told me she she could not make an exception for me as she was in training. Incompetent, rude and apparently thinks that her time is more important and valuable then mine. I'm done! Taking my business elsewhere ! Apparently they can afford to lose customers!!!!!

DO NOT GO HERE!! They put down the wrong date I got paid, put the check in a week before I got paid so my account overdrafted and got a fee. When I went in and tried to get a refund for the overdraft fee, they were less than accommodating and told me because I signed the contract, there was nothing they could do. I even asked if they were willing to split the fee considering I gave them my pay check stub from the previous week, told them I got paid bi-weekly and yet they still put me down to pay them back not even a week after. Isn’t that the whole point of a PAY DAY LOAN?!?! I realize I was part to blame for not double checking the date, but thought nothing of it considering I’ve been here multiple times (purely out of conveniency) and they had all the information they needed to understand when my actual pay day was. They couldn’t even take a little liability for the situation, NEVER going here today. Worst customer service!

If you know what you need and don't mind paying for services rendered, I would recommend this place. None of the local retail stores will cash my check, as their machine doesn't have a wide enough range to view where my payroll bank acct numbers are. They always cash my check. If there is a line, wait until later, as personal services are quite quick, however, waiting on payday for ten other people's personal services, it will wear you down with standing there 45 minutes. But if you need a check cashed, payday loan, or moneygram sent, this place is excellent.

I've been a student for over four years with Ashford University, and every so often when my disbursements come thru with my loans and grants, and I will receive a check for the remaining funds left over. It's called a stipend check. Well this check cashing center took all my personal information, took copies of my ID and of the check and told me my check was fraudulent. They were rude and unhelpful with any further information. Well I went to the bank (I have no account with) and they were able to cash my check for five dollars. It was not fraudulent, the workers just don't know how to call and verify checks. A bunch of idiots. I will be monitoring my information thru a identity protection agency because of them keeping my info. Go to Walmart, a bank, or somewhere else because this place sucks and their unprofessional.
