California Check Cashing Stores E Stanley Blvd, Livermore

I went to this location yesterday to cash a check around $10,000. The lady behind the window said that she was going to work with me. Then she starts taking my social and all my information, and then tells me it's going to cost around 1400.00$ to cash the check so I told her I don't want it cashed and plz give my check and I.d. She then refused to give my check and identification back, and then ignores me for 5 minutes while I'm sitting behind the glass trying to get my belongings back. It was very unprofessional and I do not trust this business now that they have my social security number and all my other information. She even faxed my information after I told her to give it back to me. Highly recommend not going to this place. And I am filing a complaint with the consumer complaint board.

Apparently the bistro manager was there Christina... what a waste of pay check. There a line and u no help. And u are rude. And then this tall white women walk in .. Janet... and she was no help. So Fukien rude. This company is run by people like this. They don’t acknowledge us... I come here so many times. But no more.

Mean indian lady. She doesn't understand banking details, so she refused to help. Her excuses is: I am confused. If you are confused, please quit.

Horrible service that Indian lady she was not happy to help. I was in the line rather she helps me she ran for lunch and I wait 30 minutes. The other lady she doesn't know anything.

Went in to reciev money this Indian lady ask to many questions that she shouldn’t be asking. I’m receiving for personal reasons and she prooceds to ask where I work and how I’m making money absolutely horrible

Received horrible service Walked in 2 times in a good mood left both times wondering why my time was wasted and my check wasn't cashed.. 1st time had 1 customer ahead of me and there was only 1 person working... waited 30 minutes with no service.. I had to leave... 2nd time I came in I show them my check and it gets looked over and proceeds to go thru clearance by two managers... then I'm told I have to make an account and have to give them wayyyyy to much personal info...such as social security number work info and 3 personal references you must show on your phone AND reason for the check...after an hour of all this they run the check thru the machine a couple times and proceed to tell me they can't cash my check cuz where it comes from.. (which I shoulda been told in the first place) GIANT WASTE OF AN HOUR OF MY DAY wit little to no friendly customer service rendered

Horrible service, too many complications, the worker there didn’t explain anything well, at the end she couldn’t do the transaction after an hour of talking to her. The lady also has my information and my picture which I told her to delete once she couldn’t to the transaction. I wouldn’t waste my time there again, you might as well just go to Walmart or open a bank account.

People are friendly and efficient. I haven't had to wait more than 5 minutes to be helped. It's easy to find and the hours are ok. Overall a good experience.

They always find a way to cash my check, no matter who or where it's from. Friendly staff that will bend over backwards to help.

No customer service plz don’t try to come here, Waiting time is too long specially with the Andean girl.
