California Check Cashing Stores Cordova

Poor customer service , throwing change having An attitude .Avoid Going Fridays Evening.I don't understand how they have the Stars they have.

The workers spend to much time talking to one another. No one was attentive nor has any customer service skills. I was told to fill out an application which took less than 5mins stood at the window for like 20mins. I ask if anyone can help me with the application I just filled out only to be told stand back inline and someone will help me why would i go back inline when I'm already at the window ready to go?????

I go to all the California Check Cashing Stores around Sacramento and Surrounding areas and found that the check cashing off Broadway and this store the best two stores around. There help is the best at these two stores meaning the professionalism and how friendly everyone is. The one off Sunrise by the Old Kmart I don't like there hours plus one of the lady's in there is rude. Anyways these two stores all professional and will go above and beyond for you.

Worst place ever..... The workers here are sooooo slow, even if you are the next person in line it will take at least 20 mins before you leave the store... Incredible. All the cal check cashing are slow... Incredible

Worst Service ever. I was waiting on the line for 20 minutes my turn and when it was my turn the girl told me that I should do the line at another cashier because only one cashier works with Wester Union. They have no sign of this. And the cashier was not kind at all.

why do you keep non-literate people who do not know their job, call each other to help press on the computer, that the one who was sitting at the computer that this is your no-brainer supervisor, put the literate workers in yourself who know their job perfectly, all my data entered to your base and could not give me cash, they themselves do not know that they are sitting there for what they are needed there

Easily the slowest customer service around. They have 4 people at the window n one person helping customers. Never have I been there n got out quickly. More often than not I leave n come back another day

Want you to drive down there to quote you on how much they charge to cash a check. Refused to give even a general idea over the phone. Pretatory sales tactic 101. Waist of gas and time. To top it off Wal-Mart was cheaper anyway.

I would really like to thank Liz from the zinfandel location. She went above and beyond in customer service . She really needs a raise/ promotion. Thank you again Liz your awesome!!!

Idk why these ladies are getting so much hate. They're always really nice and respectful to me
