Worst Bank experience.. very rude. I was trying to cash my employer check and they questioned me on where I got the check from. I answered from my employer where else would I get a check from. They seem to profile people. I felt bad when they asked where the check was from and they would verify from my employer.

I have an exceptional customer service with Elena P. . She provided me with all the information about opening an account. She was very knowledgeable on all my requests. Elena also introduced me to her Customer Service Manager Diane S. in order to make sure that I was taken care of. I would definitely consider bringing my business to this Bank.

I have been with this bank over 10 years and I would not ever recommend them. They say things they never do and I believe it is about time that I discontinue my relationship with them and I suggest you don't even start or you will have heartache.

This bank is trash,very rude employees,and not quik to help.

Horrible Bank to place investment money into

I’ve been a customer for over 20 years but will be closing my account tomorrow. I received a notification that customer information was compromised and I should monitor my account. The next day I received a notification stating that their monthly fees were doubling. Later that week I received a letter in the mail (dated 1 week prior) that the fraud department was trying to contact me (although I never received a call) and that they froze my account. I’m so done with this bank. Not sure how they manage to keep any customers.

Rude, lazy, condescending. I chose this bank years ago because it was close to home and when my children were small, I could use the drive through window without having to get them out of the car seats. They closed that feature and also are now are closed Saturdays. When you go into the bank, the tellers sit at there desk and call you over and treat you like they are put out to have to count the money that you are placing in their bank. I now have a business in Rancho and hate to leave bad reviews on businesses but I have had nothing but problems with them. Very late in posting the credit card payments into my business account. Example, my Friday batches didn't post until Tuesday. I plan on changing banks in the very near future.

These ladies are rude and condescending!! They are unwilling to help with anything. They act like they are doing you a favor by helping you. I don't understand how MANAGEMENT would put up with this.

Judy is rude and not good customer service. I do not recommend this branch
