We had an incredible experience working with Rick Czajkowski on purchasing our first home! Rick was patient, thoughtful, and supportive from start to finish. He was very helpful in explaining things clearly to us and answering even the smallest of questions with enthusiasm. He was eager to help and truly went above and beyond. There were a few bumps in the road (unrelated to Caliber or our loan) on the way to closing on our home and Rick did an amazing job communicating with all of the other players (agent, attorney, title company) to help everything go smoothly. Caliber's online portal and virtual form-signings were easy to navigate and efficient throughout the process. We were very happy with our experience with Rick and with Caliber and highly recommend them!

So now my mortgage payment keeps going up I've been on the phone several times each month for many months trying to straighten this out. Submitted all documents and told them to contact the tax collector of my town who is totally on board regarding my lowered taxes. I have been hung up on after extensive time on the phone, received many empty promises, escalated my case, pleaded to talk to a manager, had agreements to send me documents not upheld... And received unwanted refund checks twice with no explanation the second one after insisting they not send me another check in the mail again. If you want to feel lost abuse confused and dismayed, if you like anxiety and stress and endless circles of empty answers and repeated excuses from everyone.... If you like unwarranted and unexplained increases in your mortgage payments by all means caliber is for you. It's no wonder they make it so hard to contact anyone with any pull, spending countless hours in a transfer circle with no end no hope in sight. Sure I was feeling all comfortable and assured by the good natured personalities... But it didn't help me out very much. It's a shame this is the preferred lender for affordable homes New Jersey. They make it very unaffordable. *Previouly---Susanne went out if her way to make sure I understood what was going on, and corralled all involved parties to get us closed in a timely fashion. She kept me from losing it during all the stress and confusion, and was available at almost every occasion! I hope she can visit us in our new home or get a video call on, so she can see how happy we are! 😊Thanks so much Susanne!
