Eric Luciano is amazing!! His energy and enthusiasm to get me closed on my home was everything! It took a 5 months before I was able to find the right home and when I did, him and his processor Heather Maloney made it so that I was able to close 2 weeks before my scheduled close date! I will definitely recommend him to anyone looking to purchase a home!!

From the initial Application to refinance, to the end of signing the final papers at closing only took 2 weeks. Back in early August I spoke with a representative of your team, Felipe, on a recorded line. He explicitly told me not to make a payment because I would be bringing that money to the table for closing costs on the refinance. He suggested that as long as things progressed smoothly, we would close in August. At the end of August, I reached out to Felipe after not hearing back from him and was told to make my payment as we would be closing in September. I made my payment and a new month began. I did not hear anything from Felipe or my loan processor, Derrick Dewar all month. Around September 25th, I called Caliber as I had been hounded about making my late payment, and explained my situation. I was informed that there had been no payoff pulled for my account, meaning there was no chance my loan would be closing in September. That day I logged into the app to make my monthly payment as I do every month. Mind you, I have had perfect payment with Caliber for nearly 2 years since the beginning of my loan. I received confirmation 3 days later, on September 28th, that my payment had been received. Fast forward to October 5th, I received a message stating my payment was returned. For some reason, for the first time in the last 12 months, this payment was taken from a different bank account. I signed in to the app, selected make a payment, same as I do every month and have never had an issue. Now here I am, at the end of October, being told that my wife and I do not qualify for the refinance because we have a past 30 day payment on our account. 3 months of being pushed aside by your representatives, having the countless emails that I have saved ignored by your representatives, and being lied to by your representatives on recorded lines. I am dumbfounded by the lack of communication and incredibly disheartened. I need you to find a way to get this negative mark off my credit bureau, as through this entire process, the only mistake I have made was following the advice of your employees.
