This company has friendly staff but be extremely careful in the process because they fail to advise you on steps you should take to make the underwriting review quick and simple. My wife and I were put through the wringer due to their underwriting team which costs us thousands of extra dollars in taxes and all of that could have been so easily avoided if they had given us proper advice. I would not recommend their firm to anyone.

Perry is he best. Honest and very strait forward about all of our options from the start. He is always open to questions and took the time to break down the more difficult concepts and made them easy to understand. All and all a great experience.
