Review Text: We went with Caliber Home Loans on the suggestion of a friend and are glad we did! Our loan officer was Wendi Lucas and she is AWESOME. Wendi is super knowledgeable and very patient. Two qualities that we appreciated while she walked us through this complicated process. This was the first time my wife or I had ever stepped into a major life event of this magnitude, we had a lot of questions and fears around everything involved. Wendi took her time, asked us questions and LISTENED to our answers. By her actions we could tell that she had a care for our journey that didn’t just involve getting getting paid. She followed up with us every step of the way without rushing us or making us feel any pressure. Our overall experience with Wendi and Caliber was not just professional but pleasant. Dan Mendoza was our loan officer. He is very knowledgeable and showed us several options for our cash out refi. Once a selection was picked Dan wasted not time in getting the ball rolling. From start to finish he was very communicative, and was able to be reached at any time. Got the loan done in a extremely quick manner. Would definitely do business again. Also we can’t forget Cassie his partner. She took the ball and ran with it once it was her turn to keep the file moving. She was a great person to work with.

Caliber Home Loans has an amazing Loan Officer and his name Dan Mendoza. My overall experience working with him was great. The reason my experience was great to me is because he was honest, knowledgeable, flexible, and transparent. When refinancing or getting a loan, numbers are constantly fluctuating and at times that can be annoying but having a supportive loan officer, who is willing to sit down with me and explain in detail the process really helped calm me down while numbers were being worked out. The process was smooth and rather fast. My expectations were met, and my loan officer Dan was available 7 days a week and quick to answer questions. He provided updates as soon as he received them on his end. His flexibility to communicate via text, email, phone, and in-person really help seal the deal. My husband and I work different hours and having the option to communicate in different forms help ease the process. My experience with the team that Dan Mendoza works with was great too because they helped each other which help me have a positive experience.
