Joe Wells is the absolute worst loan officer I have ever worked with. He is arrogant an talks down to customers... at least in my experience he did. He signed my documents because I was unable to open my email. He didn't ask me beforehand... just signed them. He quit his job with Caliber and moved to Loan Depot without notice right in the middle of our purchasing process. He is now back at Caliber because I would assume that Loan Depot found out about the shady way he does business and wouldn't tolerate it from him. Only Caliber has such low standards to have him back. Especially since I complained to his boss AND the regional manager about him signing my documents and his attitude toward me and nothing was done. I switched loan companies and thankfully have my beautiful home Joe Wells should never work with the public!

Our situation was a little trickier than most and Joe was able to walk us thru it and get it done.
