Phil was amazing. The most important part of buying a home is having an exceptional lender and realtor (I used Mosaic Real Estate) both who are dedicated and passionate about what they do. Phil is that. This was my first home and it was complicated in the market we are in and doing this on my own, but Phil made it happen! First time home buyer, who is buying on a single income, not from the area, and a lot of student loans, and Phil and his team made this feel seamless. I was so happy to have gotten a recommendation from a friend to use Phil after I had a hard time with a lender my first go around. I recommend Phil.

I didn't have much credit history or score, to work with, and had been told previously by a different company that they couldn't do a VA loan, that it wasn't possible, (I'm a surviving spouse) but Paul and his team at caliber took the time, put in the work, and got me approved.
