I had/am having an absolutely wonderful experience with Caliber Home Loans. I would recommend John to anybody. He was wonderful with communicating with me and walking me through every step of the loan process. He also offers outstanding rates that blew the competition out of the water. John took the time to understand my situation and figure out what would work the best for me personally. Every time I spoke with John I felt that he was knowledgeable, personable, and professional. He also was very quick to respond to any questions or concerns that I had. I could not have had a better experience!

I am a first time home buyer, and tend to be quite anxious with even modest purchases. Needless to say, I was a wreck. As a first time home buyer, I could not have asked for a better experience. From the time I applied for the loan until my loan was completed, Jeremy Hopwood was phenomenal. He was quick to respond, he was honest, and very informative. I had heard from many people that buying a home was a pain due to the loan process but I have no idea what those people are talking about because my experience could not have been any better. I highly recommend Jeremy Hopwood and Caliber Home Loans to anyone looking for an honest company and one that does not have you running in circles.

Having a different loan officer would of been better. I tried to get John Abraham but got stuck with Jeremy Hopwood. He was very disrespectful, made me feel stupid and didn't help me with anything. I hope he doesn't stay in this business. I'll never recommend Jeremy Hopwood!😡

I had a great experience! I was at first nervous about buying my first home and after Jeremy Hopwood and cheri and i got started they helped me all the way they answered me everyday even when they were on vacation they were very fast with anything that was involved with loan very patient the best part was about them is they were happy to help me through this loan and excited for me when everything went through not because they have to help because they actually wanted to help they never got frustrated cause they were some tough situations and we got through and I appreciate them so much!

Our initial experience with Caliber in Morton was great! The experience felt very personal thanks to Bryson! Bryson helped raise my credit & would give us estimates of monthly mortgage payments if we sent his houses we were intered in. Our loan was sold to US Banks (we knew this would happen). Our mortage balance goes up about $50 twice a year due to the way our insurance & taxes were estimated in. Only 90 days of our insurance premiums & 1/4 of our taxes were estimated during the time of writing the loan. Easily our $590 mortage payment has gone to almost $780 because our escrow allowance is always short. If a full year of insurance and taxes were included, this wouldn't be a issue. I have contacted Deanna via email to see about refinancing under my husband's name since I'm now a stay at home mom (with no income). I know his credit would need some work but right now we have the money to do so. I was told I would get a call the next buisness day & never did. My email seemed to no longer get responses.
