I will like to thank Calfund LLC for the opportunity in helping me start my own trucking business. At the time my credit was not all good but we managed to get finance. Then, COVID-19 came along and had some issues but thanks to the wonderful and understanding person Arieta Apollo, she help me get thru and offered world class service. Thank you Arieta I am now full owner of my truck which is paid off. Thank you Calfund and thank you Arieta for your wonderful and professional service.

I am ONLY giving this due to Arieta Apollo. After dealing with teenage girls for months I finally found her. Other than her the Entire Customer Service Dept is Horrible!!!! They are very condescending and rude and will simply hang up on you if they dont agree with you. I want to say that I will make my last payment within the next 15 days and never missed one payment. I can also say I will NEVER do business with them again. They purposely hope that you are late or will miss a payment, this is how they make their money. THEY ARE NOT USED TO PEOPLE PAYING ON TIME AND ARE BANKING ON YOU MISSING A PAYMENT OR BEING LATE!! Beware!!!!

Not sure I understand the complaints when you agree to pay certain $ per month for so many months. Its simple math I did on my own loan. 1766.25*36 months = 63585.00 that I know I have to pay to own my truck outright. If its not worth it to me I wont do it. Customer service can always be better than what it is I just haven't had lots of reason to contact them as I do auto pay and dont wan to deal with thinking about upcoming payments. My credit wasnt the best, I knew my rate would be higher than normal, it works for me to get my head out of of financials troubles and make money for my fam. Thank you for the opportunity to get on the right path.

I fail to understand people if you ask them to finance a truck be responsible read your contracts adher to their rules and make your payments on time Calfund has been very good for us never have had a problem with or from the office. They gave us an opportunity I agreed to their terms and have never been late on any payment. I will ask them for another loan when needed and I'm sure they will be there for us at that time. Thanks Calfund LLC Just financed my 3rd truck with Calfund they have been most helpful and kind I have once again agreed to all of their rules and will adher to them throughout the loan which is a 60 month loan when you do as you agreed with them you reap the rewards and grow with them. I had a loan with them. I knew the terms paid off after six months paid a 10% penalty. Expensive yes, Glad they were there during my time of need the only thing bad about them I can say is when I asked for a payoff letter via email took them a week another bad thing they don’t offer a wire service only payments at Wells Fargo but Wells Fargo pulled out of the Midwest I did a payoff by phone no big deal. When I paid it off I asked for a payoff confirmation email told me it would take 60 to 72 hours. They reported my monthly payments to my personal credit not my business credit which I was OK with because my personal credit score did need some help. They need to get better about sending things instantly as opposed to telling you it’s 60 to 72 hours. Also calfund doesn’t have a website to login to make payments they really should invest in that and get with modern times!

Customer service is so unprofessional for Calfund. The individual is inaccurate with her calculations and I consistently had to correct her math. She’s also rude and speaks unprofessional about the subject matter at hand.

I would like to thank Calfund for all their help. This is the third time I’ve financed with them. They were fast and friendly helping me with my first truck to get us into business five years ago to helping us get our second truck financed during Covid. And again they were here for us recently with quick equipment financing so we can grow our fleet so we can keep up with demand. Special thanks to Our customer service agent Rita for helping us finish up the loan process.

The worst most unprofessional company I’ve ever dealt with. They don’t send you billing statements no payment statements no information on your account. Your just paying every month with no idea if they’re even adding the payment to your balance or not. I’m working with attorney’s now to see if I can even get a billing or payment statement so I can get the title to my equipment. So unprofessional I will never deal with outside financing again. Nightmare company and I’m not saying this to scare you but to bring knowledge of companies like these should be put out of business.

Worst customer service, not helpful at all. Not much to say. (They read my review and threaten to remove my opinion on their company) I never receive statements the call team sucks. I could go on and on. I haven’t missed one payment with them. Man I can’t wait to finish paying this company off. Good luck to anyone that uses Calfund.

The loan process was very easy and simple and I have had a great experience working with them, thank you Calfund!!

This company is Garbage! Do not finance anything through this company they are horrible customer service is the worst ever. They seriously need to be put out of business. I suggest for people to start calling the Better Business Bureau to complain about this company. It’s literally six customer service reps you can speak with about your contract. Who in the hell runs a business with minimum staff. And yes it’s been this way before the pandemic. PLEASE DONT FINANCE WITH CALFUND LLC.
