Always have worked for me. The staff have always treated me on point. I love Calcom for more than 20 years.

Changes in staff have surprised me. But my issue has been resolved 😃

Horrible Horrible Horrible, that is the only way I can describe this branch. Their ATM machine are a piece of ____. I went in to deposit and after putting in my money the machine gave me an error message and ended my transaction with out giving me my deposit back. The branch manager was very rude and did not even apologize for the inconvenience to this day I have not received my money back because it is "processing." This is ridiculous! Do not bank with this branch they are rude inconsiderate and should not be trusted with your money. If I can give them negative stars I would because one star is more than they deserve.

This is the biggest piece of **** credit union I have ever seen in my 38 years on the planet earth. My fiance uses them as her primary account because it was offered through her job. they closed down the branch at her job and the nearest branch is now OVER AN HOURS COMMUTE AWAY!!!! She financed our car through them, and they were not able to change the title of the car over to her name because when she took over the payments, they mailed the pink slip to the previous owner as if he had payed off the car. The tags expired, we were left driving the car with expired tags for over a month with NUMEROUS calls to the credit union who's alleged DMV specialist continually told her that the car was in her name when the DMV was telling us that they were crazy... Finally we contacted the previous owner who told us that they sent him the pink slip and he had to come down and meet my fiance at the DMV and take care of the title change themselves because the "specialist" sent the pink slip to him in error and couldn't get it done herself!!! They are rude, never answer the phone, never call you back and then miss inform you over and over again without having any idea what they are talking about! They told her that we could deposit cash at any federal credit union and it would go direct to the account, well after depositing 1,000 dollars cash, at another credit union. They transferred $200 and HELD $800 for over a WEEK in processing, CASH DEPOSIT!!!! I could go on and on about how completely GARBAGE this credit union is but it would take me all evening to continue to list the never ending number of inconveniences that we have incurred with this credit union who are SUPPOSED to be favorable to regular banks. I would prefer a pre-paid credit card from a check cashing place in the middle of the ghetto over this credit union, do yourself a favor and don't even bother using them!!!! I as well wish there were negative stars because they would get over 100 of them!

This bank is absurd. They are crooks. They charge $7.00 checking service fee per month. Crazy. How can they even be competitive . What a joke!!!!

I’m very disappointed in the new hours. The whole point of a credit Union is to serve working people. Closing at 4:30pm does not allow most to do any in person business at the bank. I hope that later hours will be considered at least a couple days per week, soon.

Beware, this place ATM steals your money. Went there withraw money, ATM spit out nothing but error except cash while they keep your money and refuse to reimburse you. Says It's bank policy to keep your money, dispute later. Sitting down waiting for them to figure out what to do, and wasting your time!! Avoid this place if u don't need the headache.
