I live in Michigan and have purchased Cadillacs for years. I’m not sure what’s happened here in Michigan but it’s forced me to find a new dealer and I am so glad I found Cadillac of Dublin. Our sales person Nicole was excellent and communicated better than we could’ve ever expected. She found us the vehicle we were looking for and made the whole process too easy. So easy we bought two. Thank you to the all the great people at Joseph Cadillac of Dublin who made this Michigander feel at home 300 miles away.

1st of all, I absolutely love my Cadillac!!! Joseph Cadillac of Dublin is a great dealership and they always take great care of my vehicle when I bring it in for routine maintenance. Everyone there is really nice. I got my 2019 Cadillac XT4 from this dealership and when it's time to purchase a new car, I'll be right back here!

Kris in the service department is great to work with - she schedules appointments quickly and keeps me informed and is always looking for ways to make the service efficient, economical and with quality workmanship. Jason was top of the cadillac class at this dealership. Made my trip painless and fast. I got out of the dealership in a hour. He is the king of my sign and drive. Make sure you get your leg work done before to help the process. Im going to have to try and get one more car from them in the future!

Erik is the man! I got scam by Marysville local cadillac dealership, I give it a second diagnosis at Cadillac Dublin. they quote me way cheaper($2000) with detail list. Come here for repair or maintenance, they also offered me the rental vehicle for weekend. you can trust this place!!

Wish I could give a 0. I had a car problem a couple month back with my trunk and they said they drained the water just for them to mess up sensors and still find so much water when I lifted the trunk at home. Called them multiple times and was told the manager will call me back. Its been 2 months and I still haven’t heard back. Horrible service, the moment i left the shop and paid for the “service” they wanted nothing to do with me and wouldn’t even acknowledge my problem that they created. Extremely frustrated at this service.

We drove from Dayton to see a used vehicle they had in stock.... We were met as soon as we arrived we were met by Nicole and she had the vehicle up front and ready. She gave us the VIP treatment and we walked away purchasing a vehicle that went above and beyond our expectations. Warranty repair- with appointment- very poor customer service. Advised of 1hr when appt made.now on hour 3. No more Cadillacs!

The car Beautiful, The service Terrible. I purchased my vehicle out of state. They never offered a virtual tour. i was told multiple times that I was purchasing. a very low profit car . they delivered the Car with No temp tags. A week later i was told by the Title Clerk Christina shes sorry theres nothing that she can do since i bought my car out of state they have up to 30 days to register my vehicle. She transferred me to the sales manager that after i told him to story to me its nothing he can do,so i have used(but new to me) car that i can’t drive. There was nothing exciting about my purchase its been a chore.

Dennis was a friendly, honest, no-pressure salesperson who was willing to take as much time with you as you wanted. There was a good selection of cars at reasonable prices.

NO stars. Denied anything warranty covered was wrong with my vehicle initially, but generated $1,700 worth of repairs they wanted to perform. Requested that service Manager reevaluate my transmission slipping when changing gears. Informed that my transmission (under warranty) needed to be rebuilt. Dealership then kept my car 7 business days and never began repairs as promised. Never kept me up to date of any progress. Eventually told me it would take at least 3 more weeks to repair my vehicle because they were backlogged. I initially told them I would be relocating within a week. Was never informed repairs would take over a month. Eventually given car back and told to take it to a dealership in state where I relocated. VERY unprofessional!

Probably one of the best car buying experiences I have had. The staff is super friendly, helpful, and professional. Very relaxed atmosphere. Very upfront about everything. They truly look out for their customers. Also, they are very Covid compliant.
