I have been a member of Cabrillo Credit Union for more than 20 years. I appreciate belonging to a member-owned financial institution that I feel values me more than a large bank. I am grateful for the member services team that always goes above and beyond with special requests and I never feel like just another number. The fees at a credit union are much lower and access to other services have been easy at Cabrillo.The actual hours and locations are not extensive, but the network of affiliated financial institutions and ATMs are more than adequate. I have always found ATMs when on vacation and most banking services can be accomplished online. I would not hesitate to recommend Cabrillo Credit Union to anyone seeking banking integrity, value and service.

They keep your accounts private, they have good interest rates, and their very friendly!! They ALWAYS keep my account SAFE!!! If there’s anything that looks suspicious or anything different they let me know right away!!! I’ve even moved to different states and STILL KEEP THEM!!! Their THE BEST!!!!

So over the years that I had cabrillo; they have been really nice and helpful. I don't understand though how when you personally go to their locations to deposit money ect, that they never notice to activate or unhold a card. You don't notice your card on hold or won't work until you try to make a transaction. Why don't they notice to unhold a card ever? They need to change something with their system.

They truly went over and beyond on what I expected on a HELOC loan. Their attention to service was second to none. The terms were the best by far of any other credit union in San Diego County. I have been with them for more than twenty years and they just keep getting better and better.

Shantle Jenkins and all bank representatives made everything very simple and easy to understand the processes. Ms. Jenkins took care of me every step of the way. The tellers and other staff members at the Carroll Canyon branch are terrific. Always courteous and very helpful, as is Gary, the branch manager. Once left a set of keys on a counter and within minutes received a call. These are nice people and they know their business. Always professional. Been a member for many, many years and never a problem.

Called their bank and they were polite and helpful even though my call wasn’t urgent or important. Their customer service and app are both great which is almost impossible to find with a credit union.
