If we ever had a question the staff did an amazing job being transparent and reassuring throughout the whole process. For our first time buying a home we were worried of the process but they made it super easy . I highly recommend them . Yes, the mortgage process is very stressful, but working with someone like Gabriel and Melissa, they try their best to make it as smooth as possible. Their communication with me was excellent. I was so scared entering this process. From the beginning Ana, Jorge and Angela helped to ease my anxiety. They kept in constant communication which helped to keep me informed. Ana was fantastic to work with she was able to make the process easy and smooth the loan came through quick and we had no troubles communicating documentation needs. The app is also easy to use.

It would have been nice to at least get ONE phone call from Karina Cabrales herself and not simply being said that due to open disputes nothing could be done and turned us away without even trying, because Willowbend was able to so I don’t know how true that really was. I give it a 3 stars because the first phone call we got was from Patty Cabrales and she was very nice and heard us out . She explained the process and let us know that they can actually do something about our situation and Karina would take care of us . Karina’s assistant as well , sweet girl who kept us updated. But Karina Cabrales not at all , do not recommend unless you are a perfect buyer who she won’t have to navigate and try and find solutions for to get you on the right path.
