Lori has been such an asset in our home shopping experience. We have used her and C2 financial both. She was instrumental in helping us get the lowest rate and also the lower rate when refinancing. We had some issues with our finances and she was able to help us get those straightened out and purchase our home. Will use her and C2 again if we ever move. She is very professional and once you know her she also becomes your friend.

If they are willing to give you a "Good Faith Estimate" in writing, that helps compare apples to apples and puts the other lender in the hot seat to perform, but also allows Lori to do a true comparison.
