Steve is really efficient and he won't leave you hanging at closing time (important because we had locked our rate before the significant increase, and our closing date was basically the day the lock expired). As a broker, Steve can shop different lenders and he's flexible. Our existing lender actually had a lower rate and origination fee and Steve was able to match it. He also works well with local Davis agents.
