C & S Pawn Main St, Norwich

The owner was a pleasure to do buisness with, i was quoted a price over the phone and when i got to the shop my items price was significantly lower due to seasonal sales, however the gentleman kept his word and gave me the quoted price. He did an excellent job explaining how they came up with the price. During my visit there were several other customers in the shop, he was attentive and friendly to everyone waiting & i also overheard his conversation with other customers working out payment extensions that fit their tight budget to avoid them losing their possessions. They also had a great selection of high end shoes, power tools & electronics . I would recommend C&S to anyone needing to sell or pawn something!

When leaving a review please remember if you don’t hold up your part of an agreement don’t get mad and leave bad remarks cause you are at fault. C&S Pawn has been around for over 15 years because of great customer service and being fair with every transaction.

These guys are very nice, except one jerk there. My hubby and i have been dealing with them for like 8-10 years now and won't go anywhere else. They are fair & trusting! :) If you think they are scumbags, they aren't! But, you are!!!!! JS, these guys won't screw you over. If you get a guy who is a jerk, he is the only one who is. Go see someone else & they will take care of you right! Unless he isn't there anymore, because they got a new guy. The new guy broke the piece that goes to the back of my lap-top by accident & he was yelled at & warned. The gave me a new back piece & offered me another lap-top as well. But, this place rarely ever makes mistakes like that!!!!! GO HERE!!!! <3 <3 <3 (PS)--I don't agree with the movies though, as i think ppl should still get a buck each movie and not 50 cents each. But, they did lower the movie price for when you go buy some. They do loans and are great with that as well. But, they have to make money too, and may have reasons why they lowered the movie pricing. IDK lol They are way more trusting than most Pawn Shops! ^_^ (I gave them four stars, because we mostly do loans & never did gold yet like others have & because i never saw my lap-top yet. Also, because of that one rude jerk)

Been doing biz. with these guys for15yrs. NEVER had a problem, always fair n would let me slide if i was a few days late, never had to though..👍WOULD DEF. RECOMEND TO FRIENDS N FAMILY G. HANSEN..

Never Dare to Pawn here.. these people harass you.. they will forfeit ur things per their interest. Ridiculous behavior. They dont deserve a star as well

If i could leave a half star i would. Why? Well heres why. I was moving things out of an apartment right across the street and all we had was a truck. As i was moving a TV to the truck, there wasnt really any space. So my buddy was there and i told him to stay with the TV. The owner came out saying what the he*l get that out of here im going to call the cops. He was upset that my buddy was outside waiting with a flatscreen. I suggest that if he will act like that to someone who is not a customer he wont act nicely to an actual customer. Have your opinion. Thats just my experience with that jerk.

These guys are very nice. They are very fair even to the point where they will tell you to try the other pawn shops first then when you realize the best deal is with C&S, will still give you what they originally quoted. But the far most thing that makes C&S stand out is they recognize your face and remember your name.

I stop by there once a week or more. Always been very friendly and very helpful.

I've been buying stuff at there store for 3 years now they always give me the best prices there store has to offer! The people are great and welcoming

Awesome guys that work there, Brought an item there to pawn because I was low on cash but didn’t come back within the thirty days to buy it back so it went up to full price. Just went in (2.5 months later) to see if they still had it and they were cool enough to sell it back for a small fee instead of the price they had it tagged at.
