    *IF I COULD RATE THIS PLACE A ZERO (OR NEGATIVE), I WOULD* The sales staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. They even tried to work with me on payments that fit my budget. That said, I test drove an 02 Honda Accord that appeared to be in relatively immaculate condition for the year. However, there was a vibration in the the car at higher speeds (which they said they would take care of before I bought it, so kudos on that). After looking the car over, I noticed the catalytic converter was held up with barbed wire, and the paint was bubbling on the rear driver's side. The motor mounts, ball joints/upper control arms, and brakes were not in great shape at all (that was just from a quick looking over of the car, who knows what else was wrong since I just looked without taking the wheels off, or having a mechanic inspect it), as well as the battery being from January 2017 (which explains why it took four times trying to finally get it to start), and they still wanted almost $8k. (For a 20 year old car) After thinking about it for a while, I decided to make a full cash offer of $6k (even though the value of the car, with all of the included options/mileage/excellent condition, was just under $5k), only to have the owner of the place tell me to keep looking and I would see that the car was worth what they were asking, in an an extremely rude, and demeaning tone. I have never been treated so poorly by the owner of ANY business. I found a 2013 Nissan Rogue the same day, in the same condition, with less mileage, for 6.5k and purchased it, and I absolutely love it. The owner of this place cares about nothing but profit. He would sell you a car for twice the value and not think twice..all he cares about is his profit. Free oil changes don't make up for the sad excuse of a dealership this place is. And everything on their lot is ~$400 per month with the majority having well over 200k miles. Do yourself a favor and don't even bother with this place. In fact I may end up selling them my newly purchased SUV for twice what I paid for it, in a year or two, since they will just sell it for double the price anyway.. **AGAIN** The sales staff was amazing, but this dealership is a scam. Find somewhere else and stay clear of this place.

    Hey Ryan, when I spoke with you on Saturday you didn't have any complaints about the vehicle except for the wheel bearing as you mentioned. And I would have been more than happy to get it fixed for you. But you did not have anything else to say regarding the quality or drivability of the vehicle. I would have been happy to discuss these issues and try to get them fixed, but you didn't have any other complaints. The barbed wire is there only to protect the catalytic converters from being stolen and we would be happy to remove it if requested. The battery is also something I would gladly replace if needed. There are a handful of vehicles that we have for sale with 200k miles or more, but higher mileage doesn't necessarily mean that a vehicle is bad. The car market is incredibly high right now, I am sorry that we couldn't come to an agreement about the price. Our financing is in-house and we do not check credit or income. $400 a month is a pretty standard monthly payment when financing those with those terms. I am sorry that you had a bad experience with the owner, I really think that it was taken in the wrong way. He was saying that it is really difficult to find a quality vehicle for that price range in this market. I am sorry that his tone came across that way. I am really caught off guard because the whole interaction with you was great and you did not seem upset the entire time you were here. I'm happy to hear you were able to find a vehicle.     I have never before had the pleasure of working with such wonderful and generous people. They are an amazing business to work with and they are beyond helpful! If I have any questions about my vehicle or if I need to get in for an oil change, they are able to help me and answer all of my questions in a timely and professional manner. The fact that they are able to work with me and my busy schedule and they are all so nice. As a college student and a basically full time worker, I had a hard time finding a dealership that would work with me and help me until I stumbled upon C.A.R.S of Liberty! They are generous, flexible, and professional. You really do feel like you are part of the family when you get a car from them and that is precisely what I look for in a family owned business. You are not just another face to them. Every person is a priority and they are more than happy to help you. I very much so recommend going to C.A.R.S if you are in need of a vehicle!

    My Jeep broke down during winter early 2020. I moved out of town so there wasn't alot of time for me to shop to get a car. Their website was super informative and they responded to my inquiry. It was very simple. I drove two cars and made my decision on a 2005 Grand Am. The car was clean and nice to look at. Easy terms a simple down payment and proof of insurance got me back on the road in less than an hour. I loved that they offered the trip to the dmv, plates, and had a 90 day warranty in this lease. There was a time I needed a repair done and they gave me a loaner. I thought that was awesome! If you need anything they are there to help. During the pandemic they deferred payments to customers in a bind. That's amazing for a family owned business! I'm very happy to have become part of the Cars Inc family. If you need a second chance at financing a car please give their lease arrangement a try!

    I always have the greatest experience at cars. I have been a customer for over 2 years. They are awesome! They take care of me and the maintenance on my vehicle. I never have a problem. They work with me and I think Tammy is so amazing!!! They are always fair with price of repairs and I know when I come here for maintenance, I'm not being ripped off!!! Everyone at cars is great, but Tammy is the best!!!!

    The atmosphere is very relaxed and reassuring. Working with the people there was easy, and I didn't feel uncomfortable at all during my experience there. I struggled with finding a car for the longest time but I found one here. I walked away with a reliable car for the best price at this time.

    Horrible customer service, discriminated against a high functioning autistic man in front of customer's and lectured him on communication when he had cash in hand to purchase a car! Absolutely ridiculous I called the police station to make a police report as well!! They even say its absolutely out of hand how they handled the situation! He was very very rude to the young man and his brother and turned him away will NOT be going back here

As a small family run business, which has had a high functioning person with special needs in our own family, let me assure you that we would never discriminate or lecture anyone in the situation you have described. We are also always careful of our customer’s privacy and would not publicly engage in the conversation you have described. If we had taken this customer’s money to hold a car for him when we were unsure he would be able to pay for the car in full, we would have been taking advantage of him and we do not do that! We have taken funds to hold a car on occasion when the customer assures us they are able to come back the next day to purchase the car. That was not the case here and we did all we could to help the young man.

    My 16 year old daughter and I were enjoying a day together and decided to do a little car shopping for her first car. She doesn't live far so we stopped in to have a look around. Ended up buying her and 02 Ford Taurus in very decent condition. Very fair prices, family like atmosphere, and all around excellent customer service! Not to mention many options that can enable about anyone to drive away that day in a new vehicle. Definitely recommend to anyone looking for a good quality car at a good price👌

    My friend went through here and agreed with Tammy that the pay needed to go through before 6pm. Well they came and got her car (they shouldn’t have known where the car was since the business we work in can not be told to anyone. And didn’t disclose that they might have a tracking device in her car. Was not in the contract and not stated when buying the car which they are supposed to). didn’t even get a tow truck they just had someone drive one car and the other dude came out and drove her car off. It eh didn’t give her three warnings and tod look in and around her car when she was getting a oil change. Then proceeded to tell her that if she need the money she needs to sell her dirtbike or any personal items. At first they wouldn’t let her get her stuff back until we threatened to sue.

    My experience was very good! The office manager was professional and polite, loved her personality. The mechanic was professional, explained what I needed, and took the time to show me what my car needed. The prices were right and I was able to get an appointment within a couple of hours of calling. Thank You!!! We will go back!
