I can't say enough good things about the management and staff at BTH Bank in Carthage. I moved my banking business there after my long-time personal banker retired from another local bank. In the several years since I've started doing business with BTH in Carthage, the service has been nothing short of exemplary. I have an amazing personal banker there who has me completely spoiled. I do most of my banking through their website and iOS app, so I don't often stop in. When I do, they always call me by name and offer a cup of fresh coffee.
