Bryce was amazing to work with. I'm a single mom of 3 kids with fairly limited income and no savings.. this man was still able to miracle me into a mortgage approval. I was so used to other brokers or mortgage officers laughing me out of their offices for thinking I could get approved, but Bryce got it done. No matter what obstacles came up during the close on my home purchase he navigated them all. I can't recommend him and Castle & Cooke enough.

Bryce was very helpful and on top of things throughout the entire process and even after the loan closed he helped us with resolving an issue with the title company. He got the title company president to call me directly and the issue was resolved the same day.
