    I have banked with Bryant personally and for my business for nearly 10 years. I have had multiple loans and checking accounts. Their customer service has been the best I've ever experienced in a bank. Phones are answered by real people at the local branch, and if there is ever a problem I get a phone call BEFORE any extra charges are added to my account.

    If you are a first time home buyer or you are a seasoned buyer, Vince Hughes is the man to speak with. He helped my husband and I purchase our first home recently. He went above and beyond. He answered all my questions (even in the middle of closing day), eased my nerves, and was so full of knowledge. If you are in the beginning stages of thinking of purchasing, give him a call!     I walked into your bank this morning simply clothed with jeans and a t-shirt on hopes to speak to a bank regarding opening a Business checking and savings account. I walked into the building with 3 ladies working the counter with no customers and Jameka Dumas sitting at her desk also with no customers. I walked to her desk, because the 4 employees and her working did NOT acknowledge me or inquire why I was there. I asked if there was a banker to speak with about an account (still sitting, did not stand, nor shake my hand, smile... Nothing told me to "have a seat"... Really!!?? I asked her to tell me about the bank and current APY rates, just standard questions new customers should ask... She handed me the companies folded flyer and said "there you go".... So both us with both blank faces, I was waiting for her to respond and tell me why I should deposit my money and establish a relationship with Bryant Bank, and she just looked at me like i was nothing, didn't care about why i was there... She made no effort, none what so ever to make me feel welcome and comfortable... I simply took flyer and walked out before I told her I would like to deposit $47,000 in cash... I guess because I was wearing jeans and a t-shirt I didn't look like I had money. Not to worry I'll be taking my business elsewhere to Alabama Credit Union, maybe they will treat me with Respect

    The worst experience I have ever had with a bank. Unethical people! They are not honest with how they handle business. I strongly suggest finding or using another bank before ever using Bryant bank in daphne. They are way many options just a heads up to help save others from having to deal with what I did. Hope this helps others.

    This was my favorite place to bank until recently I’ve noticed that the parking lot is very full however a couple of cars seem to double park almost every day it’s made parking next-door and walking to the bank such a chore and made me consider banking elsewhere
