We refinanced our mortgage last summer with Bryan Kelly at Guaranteed Rate. It was the best refinancing experience that I have ever had. I tried to refinance a few years earlier but had difficulty because I am self-employed. I had been approached by a mortgage broker and paid a $500 processing fee. After weeks and weeks of submitting and resubmitting documents we were turned down, even though we have high credit scores. Of course, we did not get the $500 back.
