    I drove 3 hours from Dallas to this dealership, I agreed on a price for my trade in and purchase before getting there. I got what I wanted with finance and sale 0 surprises on price or anything (super rare with dealerships) Stevie was my salesman, I can’t say enough things about how transparent and nice he was, everything he said he was going to do he did. Seth on financing was awesome too, no surprises at all and everything went very smoothly. I generally don’t write reviews and hate dealerships, but my experience was so good at this dealership that I felt obligated to write this review. Thank you for not wasting my 3 hour drive! Definitely best dealer experience ever.

    My husband and I were looking for a car that would be good on fuel as my husband drives a old big diesel truck and I wanted a car that’s good on fuel, I saw in the used car section online that 2015 Volkswagen Passat, instantly fell In love and applied for it, Jason Wright our sales man (sorry if I spelt last name wrong) told him we wanted the car showed up and got approved with $0 down and a good monthly payment, he took care of as as well as the finance guy Seth, got us in and out quickly! We will be doing business with them again! Such a pleasant good experience here! So happy with our purchase!!! Thank you Bryan college station Toyota!!! 🥰

    One of the best car purchase experiences ever. Dealer was reasonable, didn’t try to sell me stuff that I didn’t want, negotiated a deal that I was extremely happy with, honored agreements verbally and followed through. Delivered the vehicle directly to me and I live 2 hours from the dealership, dropped off the newly purchased vehicle and picked mine up for trade in. All in all the whole experience was less than a couple of hours, including all the paper work, handover, inspections, etc. Thoroughly impressed by everyone that I had contact with. Kudos to the Bryan/College Station Toyota dealership team for making the experience pleasurable and easy!!!

    I had the opportunity to work with Austin Sisco. He was so thorough with the process of purchasing my vehicle. From our initial email till the day of my car purchase. The experience working with him was so helpful and he always responding to my emails and messages. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would continue any future business with him. I didn’t ever feel pressured or unsure of anything so it made the process so easy. I would highly recommend him over to friends and family.     I used to go only to this dealership for many years for all of my maintenance work. At first they were great. Good relations with their customers, quality work, and genuine Toyota parts. However, the Manager of the maintenance department retired a few years ago and from that point on the quality left with him. I could go on and on about the things that happened, bad things, but the bottom line is that I found San Marcos Toyota and I am happy with Toyota again. All I can say is that this place, Bryan College Station Toyota SUCKS. Never again.!!!

    Moises our car salesman was great. He even stayed until the late late night to finish our vehicles sales. He got us to purchase two cars in under 24 hours, so I would say that is fantastic. He kept our children in mind in terms of space. Our financial person was also great. He did the best to get us the best deal on our loan terms.

    I bought a truck three years ago at Gullo Toyota. Sales was good but there service department needed a lot of training dealing with customers. I started doing my service with Bryan Toyota my experience been great with all departments. This month I purchased two vehicles from them. I will continue doing business with them.

    I assisted my mom, who lives in north Houston, during the process of ordering and purchasing her 2022 Toyota Corolla Cross. Our salesperson was Teya Anderson, and she was great from the start. Teya worked with me, providing the information needed at the time it was needed, in the format I requested. She was extremely responsive from the first communication. The price was a fair price given current market conditions. There were really no complications with the transaction and my mom was able to get the vehicle after a 4-month wait. These are tough times if you need a car right away, but if you can order one and wait, then you have more opportunities to get a better deal. We tried to purchase the car in Houston but they would ignore us or charge ridiculous markups. If you're in Houston, it's not a long drive to College Station. Overall, I was very pleased with the experience. We did finance through Toyota because they offered a $500 rebate for doing so. Great work Teya and hope to work with you again in the future!

    November 29, 2021, Cheyenne at this dealership sent over documents and carefully edited videos for a 2014 Nissan Murano Cross cabriolet (convertible) over all of our conversations and text (I still have) the indication was the top worked fine. The car had no damage reported on carfax and of course their carefully edited videos show the top worked. The salesman said the same. Only a minor issue with a dashboard light but the top was good. I was in Venice Florida so this was a 'trusting;' long distance online purchase and negotiation. Cheyenne said I might need an inexpensive part (maybe $1500 including labor). I agreed to split the cost. The car arrived the top did work. Not well but it did. I took it to Greenway Nissan the car checked out mechanically (except the top) to be in good shape. I left FL back to Chicago. Then in February when I was back and driving it the rear deck panel flew off because it was not re-attached when they repaired the top mechanism. AND the metal cage mechanism was all bent and missing parts when I took it to a recommend top repair company. $4,000 later the top still is not working. I fell for the sincerity of the dealer being reputable. Today I sent a note to ask if they would buy it back at the price I paid not including the upgraded new metal framework and top that I paid for including labor and parts. *(fyi that roof package has a value over $10,000 but I had one previously purchased in case I ever needed it for only $4,000) I'll let you know if they decide to call it even and buy it back at my loss. If they do I'll gladly change the rating to five stars because that is what a reputable dealer with integrity would do. Fingers crossed they are. We will see (I abbreviated the whole story using the basics)

    I have had great experiences here. Makaleigh and Cody have been very trustworthy and efficient both times I have brought my car here. Very fair, overall happy with the service here and would definitely recommend. Cody and Makaleigh made my experience great!

    I purchased my vehicle February 15th. I traded in my little Nissan that was under my parents name so this was my first purchase and I wouldn’t want to go with anyone else other than Bryce Hartis. Great guy and pushed for what I wanted even when I became a little frustrated, I was still very pleased at the end!

    The advisors & other staff are friendly, but getting your car serviced is literally the worst process imaginable; setting up an “appointment” does no good because they don’t seem to follow it (even if you go online and schedule for the first available at 7am your car won’t be pulled around to get serviced until 1-2hrs later) you’ll be sitting for hours sometimes without any updates, and after waiting most times they come to tell you the parts aren’t even in stock at their location so you’ve just wasted your time and you leave as you came in. Not sure what the hold up is all about because other Toyota dealerships I’ve frequented in Arkansas, Missouri, etc. don’t seem to have these issues ever.

    Awesome experience. Walked in hoping for the best, walked away with a brand new Tacoma and a better deal than I imagined! Keith and Zeehan (sp?) were so great to work with.     I would give this place negative stars if I could. I got double booked for my VIP appointment. Had to wait for a while for just so another sales man could show me the truck. Showed me only 1 truck after I asked for a new 2022 tacoma. Online showed they numerous ones available. Didn't ever notify me if I qualified till he was time to sign papers. I only wanted a New 2022 I ended up getting a DEMO truck with a premium sport mark up with almost 2k miles on it, doesn't even have visor mirrors on it. Cat hair all in the backseat and center console. I had no advice or anyone to talk to about questions about the vehicle, payments, or any other options in the 3 hours I was there I might of talked to them for 5mins. I was left to just sit in silence without any help for hours not knowing if I was eligible to get financed. After giving them paystubs from my employer they wrote down I work for a completely different company. Can't wait to be done with this place!

    I can honestly say this was a great experience with purchasing a vehicle. Haley was wonderful and it felt like I was doing business with a fellow church member then a salesperson. If you want to be treated with respect, courtesy, patience and kindness then come to BCS Toyota and ask for Haley! A thank you to Cheyenne also for making the paperwork go so smooth. The place is clean and well kept. Love the Christian music playing overhead also.

    We just spent a few hours here while my boyfriend purchased a new Tacoma. He got a very good deal and it is a great truck. The sales staff was nice and patient while we took our time. They processed the sale very quickly and did a very good job. I have had some horrible dealership experiences before and I am pleased with the job done here by all of the staff. The only negative I have and it made a pretty strong impression on me are the girls they have greeting you or literally stalking you as you pull up is very awkward. I am not the kind of person who likes to be swarmed and followed and told what to do. I can see how for others it would be very helpful. I even tried going in the back way and avoiding them this time because we had an appointment but they came running to intervene. That I found very annoying. I would personally avoid servicing my car there if I had to deal with that every time. But that is the only negative. They have a nice waiting room and plenty of refreshments. Toyotas are great vehicles! Definitely go here if you are looking.

    I love the Toyota brand and have always felt it to be reliable. I only take time to write reviews on experiences I feel strongly about and this was definitely one of them. If you decide to use BCS Toyota, do yourself a favor and ask for someone other than Nikki. The customer service I received from Nikki was tremendously disappointing. You would think a sales person would be equipped with the ability to talk to people. Nikki was quick to assume what I wanted and what was best for me, as well as being deceptive in the advice she gave. When she finally figured out that I was not there to finalize anything today, she immediately became dismissive to any requests I had. Again, I love Toyota and I am sure this facility has genuine people working there. As a customer, do yourself a favor and avoid Nikki. To Nikki, good luck with your career choice.

    Stevie was a great salesman to work with! My husband and I really enjoyed his patience and transparency. He’s new to the sales team, but we highly recommend to seek him out because we really thought he ultimately was on the customer’s side and will help try his most make you happy. Ultimately, we didn’t end up purchasing a Toyota this time because the model we wanted wasn’t in stock (weird times/ chip issues etc), but we’re really glad to have been treated respectfully, unlike experiences at other dealerships.

    This dealership sold us a broken car! We only bought the car because I needed a way to my mom's funeral. After they informed me it was broken they gave us a rental to use until we were in town again to swap for a not broken car. However, what we thought was a complimentary rental ended up costing us too! Sure they are all smiles and polite, but it's b/s that I was held responsible for their screwup!

    Bought the upgraded heavy duty floormats. They wouldn't even vacuum my truck and install new floormats. I'm usually pleased with them. But, 200 bucks worth of floormats and they can't even vacuum the truck? ---- Atkinson---- If I were to call or go up there. Who would I ask for? As of 2-13-2019. No Answer From Local Toyota Team. It has been 2 months.

    I bought a car here 8 months ago, they showed me a detailed scan of the car and everything seemed to be OK. That same day I realized the digital dash display was glitching. It took them almost two months to replace and costed me $100 deductible. Later the batteries started failing and had to jump start the car several times. They ran two scans and found nothing. Meanwhile, the car was also leaking oil, but they failed to diagnose this too. I made an appointment to fix it, but they did not have technicians to deal with this so I was referred to another dealership. The car has the stud lugs rounded and after 3 services they didn't even change them. They will politely tell you that everything is good with your car to get rid of you quickly...

    I had a great experience purchasing a new vehicle from Bryan College Station Toyota. I saw a vehicle I liked, called the dealership and told them I would like to purchase but wanted fair value for my trade. I drove in from Houston the same day and was in/out of the dealership within 2 hours. The salesman Harry even drove back to Houston in order for my wife to co-sign the contract!     I have been buying Toyotas for two decades and in several States. This buying experience rates right up there at the top with Bryan College Station Toyota for one reason, the Salesman Trevor Russ. I have been looking for a particular 22 Tundra 1794 for quite a while. I noted online that they had one and called them. Trevor was the one that answered the phone and started this great experience. He verified everything and we started the process over the phone as I was 3 hours away. We solidified the sale and I headed there that afternoon. Trevor had everything ready to go when we got there. Finished up some paperwork, set up the truck to my phone while waiting for finance. Met with finance and settled everything and then out of there in less than 2 hours. I will definitely consider making the drive again when I need another Toyota. Thanks to everyone involved, but Trevor was the star of the show!     I had a great experience and it started when I met Garret S. Who met me at the door. He greeted me and asked what I was looking for then we went on a walk to see a few vehicles. I wanted a 4x4 truck so at first I looked at a Tacoma, next a Tundra which I didn't know has a few versions depending on what your likes / needs and or wants are. The one I purchased was a Tundra Pro and a beauty she is. Total time there was probably 3 hours and that was due to me looking at a few different versions of the truck to see which one I wanted. The process was painless, Ali in finances is great and so are the employees there. You know your deal is done when you hear the bell ring. Thanks to Garret and Ali plus management for the experience.

    If you have anything done to your truck or car that’s expensive I would take it off before even stepping onto the dealership. If I could give negative stars I would. Just bought a truck that had audio in it the day I test drove (have video proof that I showed them, then when I finally got it no audio bc they took out the amp that was in the truck and part of the security system which was worth a couple thousands dollars. They claim it was thrown away and ask to check the cameras but they claim theirs no cameras in the shop and the previous owner told me that their was an amp in their when he took it and I physically saw the amp when I test drove it. Gave me the run around and wouldn’t do anything to fix it. The guys in the back are nothing but thieves and thought it was funny and the people up front wouldn’t do anything to try to fix it or replace what was in here. Take your business elsewhere and stay away.

    STAY AWAY from Nikki Bordallo at sales at all costs!! At first she was all nice and phony but her demeanor instantly changed after we told her that we would pay Cash price and NOT finance. since She knew that she and her managers would not earn much more commission from a cash sale as opposed to finance purchase... She is also clueless as a bat since she has to go constantly ask her managers for basic information that is general knowledge. She justs wants easy money. This dealership knows that they make most profits from financing. especially from "dealer holdback or Finance Reserve or dealer participation kickback money" on the Interest of a finance sale where they hide. Thats right They HIDE to you as a buyer the finance reserve which is ADDED on to the interest rate that is presented to you.. in other words they tell and give you a paper that you were approved for example 8% interest but in reality you are approved 6%..THEY KEEP THE REST! In the long run that is thousands of dollars Per sale!! Which explains why they will give you the best interest rate with Toyota Fnancial because they will BOTH dealer and bank work together to get more money out of you with the finance reserve money trough the hidden interest rate...They will INSIST time and time again and push that they will get you a "better" rate with Toyota Financial so that they both pocket that kickback money. DISHONEST and THIEVES ! Thats NOT including how much they oversell you GAP and Extended warranty where it only cost them half of what they sell it to you Where most of that money goes to the Salesperson and managers...Salesperson makes most of commision money from Extended warranty which you dont necessarily need!! Yet they will push and push to sell it to you. did i mentioned how they sell you added unnecessary accesories and unnecessary car protections? STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE they are out to rip and steal people's money

    Worst dealership I have ever dealt with, after signed the papers, they said that the truck was not ready, that on a Thursday and they didn't get it ready till monday, let my wife drive it home, she got pulled over for no paper tags and a tail light out, he just gave her a warning. My advice is go somewhere else to buy a vehicle.

    Service department is a scam. They blatantly lie to sell service. I was told a few months ago that my brakes looked great, now a few months later they say they need to be replaced for an insane amount of money compared to even other dealerships. A friend of mine also came by and was told they need new tires and have a nail in one. Neither of those things were true, the tires were a month old and after inspecting on a lift there were no nails. Avoid their service department. Edit: I wanted to update this review to add even more I’ve experienced since then. The car prices they advertise on their website are also a scam, they actually add ~$2,000 more to that for dealer add-ons that they won’t remove. Sometimes even more money than that. They have even gone as far as to pull a bait and switch when I came in. I had been giving them another chance but I’ll be staying away permanently and I’ve been recommending for everyone I know to stay away as well.

    First, I have bought multiple vehicles from this business, When it was Atkinson. I loved everything about them, and my favorite salesman, Moises Alvarenga, is still there. Unfortunately, I cannot say that I will be spending any further money there. A week ago (10JAN2022), I rec'd a letter stating that my battery needed to be inspected due to 'wrong replacements' being installed. Well, I had gone in for a simple oil change (at another facility) and they caught my dying battery. Being a dealership, I trusted them. They did everything right, but I still felt the need to get inspected. I arrived 30 mins prior to my appt. 45 mins later, I expressed some frustration, and asked about my car. The gentleman that I spoke with was empathetic to my frustration, so I was polite. I was told who my 'guy' was, and that they were looking at it, and maybe 10 mins or so, it should be ready. I paced and watched my car for another 35 mins, and NO ONE went near it. Finally, Tanner came out and said its the wrong battery, and what did I want to do. I explained the battery was replaced and the dealership that replaced it was willing to work with me on a new battery. I explained that when I scheduled the appt (twice), and while waiting for my car to get checked. I also explained that I ONLY wanted the battery checked and a print out of the proper battery specs. After all this explaining, you'd think they knew what I wanted. Nope. I told Tanner, "I am leaving in 9 mins, whether you are done or not." Tanner replied, "No need to be rude." I was polite the first hour. I mean, seriously, look at the battery, give me the printout of what it is supposed to be, and I am out. I don't expect Toyota to fix this mistake. After buying 3-4 cars here in 5 years, I figured that my patronage was appreciated enough to get a simple battery check. I could have lived with 45 mins, but an hour and a half? I should submit a bill for my time. OH, THE BEST PART!!! Tanner called my wife to tell on me. I gave him 9 mins to finish up after an hour and a half, and he was arrogant enough to ask if I still wanted the printout when I asked for my keys. Atkinson Toyota was so friendly, reliable, courteous, understanding, and even empathetic.

    Ask for Aaron Douglas! Truly a remarkable dealership; I admit I wasn't looking forward to getting a new car at first! I had wanted to trade in my 2012 F150 for something that was going to be my first brand new (I was second owner on my truck) vehicle, and I had heard a lot of really great things about the new 2017 Prius. Most of it was praise on the stellar gas mileage, but it was also cheaper to afford and to insure. Considering that my truck was paid for, I was hesitant to just walk in and try to work a deal on a new car considering that my truck had some wear. Nevertheless, Aaron was an outstanding service member. Not once did he ever make me feel like I was under pressure to walk out that day with a new car, and was very cordial, polite, and easy to ask questions to. He was highly knowledgeable of the car and it's associated warranties/servicing, etc., and had gotten me hooked on it. Within a mere couple of hours, I was able to test drive the car, get a value on my truck, and work a near clean key swap for the vehicle. Thus far (it has been a week with the car now), it has been an outstanding experience. The new technology (I have the Safety Sense package) is awesome, it can carry plenty of equipment with the hatchback and the fold-able rear seats, and the gas mileage just blows me away. Thanks again Atkinson, this was my first Toyota and will probably not be my last!

    Wish I could leave this place negative stars. Drove a hour to look at this truck and waited another 30 minutes to see it. Cheyenne, shows me one of the most disgusting trucks I’ve ever seen like I wouldn’t notice. This truck was disgusting and didn’t have the options of the one I looked at online. Plus it had dings and scratches. Two pictures show the nice truck I went to see. I can’t stand liars!

    Without hyperbole Ron in service is one of the greatest service people I've ever worked with or heard about.     I cannot thank Brianna Perez enough! She was great from the start. It's a little more challenging, during this time with all dealerships being short on inventory, to not only find a new car but to find a car in the color with the options I wanted.     I bought a used 2014 Toyota Tacoma from them (V6 double cab). The truck was in top shape and was priced accordingly (27K with 77,700 miles which was on the mark with Kelly Blue Book) so we went straight to financing after the test drive and thorough inspection. They were not pushy and the atmosphere was relaxed. I was offered a superb rate which kept my monthly payments where I needed them. Since I don't live in the area, they didn't waste my time trying to sell me dealer services that I won't ever use. I did, however, purchase a 60,000 mile extended warranty from Toyota which I saw value in having that extra piece of mind. In conclusion, I will drive down from DFW again to purchase another vehicle from them in the future
