I would recommend Bruce and his team at Cross Country to anyone! Super helpful, friendly and responsive. I originally tried a large bank for a home loan and was denied with really no information as to why and was recommended to try here. Not only did Bruce help me understand what happened with my first loan attempt, he guided me to what I needed to do from that point and how the process worked. I was under a time crunch and his team really hustled to keep me on track for my closing date.

I figured someone might want to see a review from someone who actually worked with Bruce and his team. I can't say enough good things about how helpful he was throughout the whole process. Buying a house is exciting, stressful, annoying, awesome, the worst and fun all at the same time! Anyone that's been through it knows exactly what I'm talking about. Bruce made the buying side of things super easy. Beyond that, he helped make the sale of our house go smoother. He wasn't even involved on that side of the transaction but wanted to make sure the whole process went smoothly for us. To me, that's the mark of true service. Taking care of someone without the expectation of compensation in return. Absolute class act! I feel like he took care of us like he would his family. But wait...there's more! At our closing we were blown away that Bruce dropped in to make sure everything was going well. He even brought us a house warming gift. Who does that??? Needless to say we've been singing his praises since we closed on our home and will continue to do so. If you're thinking about buying a home call him. He's a straight shooter that will walk you through the process. Thanks Bruce!!!

They are all amazing!! Chase and Elizabeth were so knowledgeable, Friendly and always responded so quickly. My experience with the entire process was great since day 1.
