Brokers title is a pleasure to work with! They are quick with communication great with follow up and always make sure things close in a timely fashion! I would recommend Brokers Title and Closing to all my clients!

I've been trying for more than a year to get past owners off of my deed. Broker's did my closing, but the title wasn't clear. Plus, they used Commonwealth Land Title Insurance company, and they're absolutely useless. I'm not sure they're still in business, but none of the phone numbers on their website work, or the number directs you to a subcontractor that doesn't do title insurance. Annie told me the issue was resolved a year ago...it wasn't. I explained the issue to Karen, she hasn't done anything to resolve the issue other than email a divorce decree, which isn't enough to clear up the title issue. I suggest using another company for your closing.

Brokers' Title simplifies the closing process for buyers and sellers. They have perfected the system from title search to the closing table which allows all parties to breath during the transaction. Truly consummate professionals.

We signed with them at the end of June, everyone was super nice. Then they lost my check for my down payment. I had given them my life savings and they lost it. They needed me to then go around errands for them so they could get the check they lost replaced. So I had to take time from work to go to the bank as well as try to move. Then when I was not quick enough for them to get the replacement check they threatened to take legal action against me. When they said they would send me a fedex label to send the check back to them they sent it to the wrong address and they keep saying they sent it and I should have received it. So I must say I was not happy with the way they handle things there.

I used Brokers to close on my first home purchase. Morgan was very welcoming and informative. She made what could have been a daunting experience a straightforward and memorable one. Would 100% use them again.

My wife and I signed documents with them for selling our house. We arrived a bit early, called in after parking as instructed and we were asked to come in, no greeting when we entered the facility. The closer, Morgan Foley I think, led us to a conference room. Right off the bat, there was a certain vibe with her tone, the way she spoke to us seemed very unfriendly and a bit condescending, we did not feel welcome at all. We completed signing and she gave us a very curt "have a nice rest of your day" and we left. I don't think I will recommend this company to anyone - they need to have a bit better attitude. I am not sure if the recent animosity towards Asian Americans has played any part in this interaction as my wife and I are from India, however, I sure hope not!

Annie at Broker's Title & Closing had her work cut out for herself chasing down paperwork and signatures. She also had her work cut out for her answering my many questions, and answering them again when I forgot the answer. Thank you Annie! It was great to put a face to Broker's Title and Closing when Mac came to the closing. A great company, with caring people.
