The staff at Broff's are the most friendly, honest and fair individuals I have ever met at a loan establishment. When the pandemic hit in mid-March, 2020, I could not afford to pay off my 3 loans. They actually extended the repayment period another 9 months. They are the best you will find if you are looking for a loan on your jewelry.

Since this has been under new owners....this place is fantastic. They are polite, helpful, professional, honest, and non judgemental. They offer great pawn loans if you ever get in a bind. I was so embarrassed but they made me feel human and were so respectful. They helped me when no one else would!
