I started at Bridge as a Client Manager and was able to promoted to a Senior Client Manager quickly. I am now a Talent Acquisition Manager. I am continually challenged in my career here and have been able to grow both personally and professionally throughout my tenure. I feel extremely supported by my team and I am grateful for my Bridge family. I am given the tools I need to succeed and the flexibility to be able to balance both my work responsibilities and home responsibilities to the fullest. I feel very lucky that I was able to join this organization 8.5 years ago.

One of the best staffing agencies out there, as far as I'm concerned. I was impressed by the dedication to success in helping me find the right company and job opportunity. They provided me with tips and tools to make sure I was fully prepared for the interviewing process. They were able to match me with a company whose mission is to help families that have experienced a catastrophic event and were in need of support. I started with that company in an entry-level position and was able to grow both personally and professionally resulting in being promoted into a Lead Position. Bridge Personnel Services definitely did their work in making sure both the company and I would be a good fit and they were 100% on the mark. Very grateful for their services.

I have filled out over 1,000 applications. I applied to Bridge. They sent someone to help me out! Kelsey Spillane, is the best person to talk about getting a new career. I listen to her. Took her advice. I did everything that she suggested to do. I got the offer!! She did all this work. Polished my interview skills and I declined the opportunity. She was still nice and very professional! If I ever lose my current job or wanted to add a part time job. I wouldn’t mind reaching out to her again.

Bridge Personnel is a wonderful agency!! I was helped by Sam and Amanda and words can’t describe how grateful I am for them. Bridge is unlike any other staffing agency I have heard of or worked with!
