Brian and his team are the best! They can often get things done when other lenders cannot. A recent example happened with my clients' purchase of a condo for their daughter to live in while she attends college. Many lenders in our area won't do mortgages in the communities designed for college kids. But Brian did the research needed and made it work. At the last minute, the same Buyers decided to do an away closing. But the team pivoted easily and it all closed without a hitch. That's one of my favorite things about Brian - he's a great problem solver!
