Closed on my first home today and the Brevard Title team was very professional and courteous. Everything went flawlessly and they communicated proactively throughout the process. Nothing but good things to say about this business!

As a Realtor, I was extremely happy with the closing process, efficient and professional. Great follow up and communication between the Closer, the agent, the clients. As a home owner, the experience was the same. I felt relieved knowing that there was an attorney monitoring each closing.

Good Morning to All, I just want to put something out there that was truly disheartening to me being a new and first time homeowner. May 17, 2016 at the end of our closing Wiley/Sheesley, Mr. Boyd proceeded to congratulate Mr. Wiley with a hand shake and I put my hand out and was totally ignored. This was embarrassing as our financial representative, sellers agent and our agent all witnessed this. Now My name may not be on the financial side of things but most certainly Better be on the home as part owner as I will be paying half of the mortgage. I really should have said something immediately when it happened but the shock of being denied the acknowledgement of becoming a homeowner was truly devastating and truly embarrassing. I hope that this practice is not something you do to all folks that may not be on the financial side of the paperwork, But are most certainly part owner of the home. I tried to get some title work done through them and the lady I spoke with in person was very short with me and said she would get back to me and never did.I was not looking for anything free and told her I would pay whatever needed to change title and get title insurance through them. I left 2 messages over a 2 week period with no response. I buy a lot of houses in the area and they have lost my business and I will not recommend them to anyone.

They went above and beyond, along with Caliber Loans, to get our closing on our new home done!! Thank you!!
