I was to able to get a car in 3 days that's including the first appointment and then actually going to pick it up. The vehicles are all in great condition and the people are super friendly. They were willing to help me out in any way and I left happy. I would recommend this place to anyone needing a starter vehicle or to anyone who wants to increase there credit.

Very friendly staff! Abby and Rob made you feel comfortable and are great! I had tried other places first and Brenner’s gave me the best interest rate and length of the loan. Will definitely recommend to anyone that needs help building credit.

STAY AWAY!!!!!!!! This was an amazing thing until the manager started telling me things over the phone and then saying he never said those things. Brian pushed me into buying this car so he could “make his sales quote” told me things about the sale was supposed to stay between us, which means who knows if what I was told was even correct, all while telling me about some job offer he was given and that he may not be here much longer to be able to help me. The entire program sucks especially during covid. I was extremely sick in the hospital and when I came out my car wouldn’t turn on. Told them I hadn’t gotten a pay because of being in the hospital with covid and was told “unfortunately we can’t turn your car back on with out a payment” i suggest if you have any other options, save yourself the hassle and sneaky/ shady stuff going on. This is why buy here, pay here’s, have a bad rep. S

Great customer service. Help rebuild your credit. Nice vehicles. We really like how they work with us. We had a wheel bearing go out on our car and with warranty being out they set us up on a payment plan to get vehicle fixed. What a great company

I purchased a vehicle in March 2019 and within the first two weeks it was in the garage , by May 2019 it was in the garage for transmission problems. Then key would stick in the ignition in order to remove the key we would have to unhook the battery.. so I had a voluntarily repossession. Now I have the full amount of the purchase of 17,000 on my credit report. To my understanding the company is to sale the car and the reminding total would then be my reponsibility... So be aware and let a trusted mechanic inspect the vehicle before purchasing. I kept all documents..

Well do I have a story to tell. My wife purchased a van from the selinsgrove dealership. Within a week it was in the shop. We are currently at 3 times now with the car being sent back to the shop. Abby was a great help however but the other gentleman in that office needs a new job. He spoke over my wife and I constantly, we could barely speak a full sentence. Called my wife a liar over a faulty window and switch and bashed other local dealers in the area. The sad part is we didn’t complain about the armrest damage which one of the mechanics covered with electrical tape. If it weren’t for Abby’s great customer service I’d give this place a boatload of negative stars. I would definitely not recommend this place. If your in need of a car, this is not the place. Please do your research and find other dealers in the area. PS Also we paid three times the market value. If that doesn’t tell you somethings fishy then nothing will. I’ll be back with a more comprehensive review.

They are always kind. This is my second vehicle, unfortunately my first got totaled. But they worked with me through the whole thing, and I was and am super appreciative of them being understanding. Their vehicles are inspected and they are forthcoming about the vehicles. They even inform you if it has recalls or not.

Going to Brenner's was a very good decision. I feel that it was an easy process and enjoyable as staff was great and I am very happy with my new car. I was very in the past 3+ years! But recently its been a challenge with "fill in" reps!! Dayna gets 5 stars as she's always handled my account with ease and has helped me through some hard times!! And not its 9:12 and I'm trying to call in my payment, and no answer!! Website says you are open!!

Abby was my person that helped me thru everything and she was the sweetest person ever. She deserves a raise!!! However, the office smelled really funky. Cigarettes and maybe sweat?!?! The lady behind the counter also was talking on the phone the whole time and she was talking so so loud I couldn’t hear anything that we were discussing...otherwise I had a great experience and I would say a good cleaning and more professionalism it would be the best!!!

Just purchased a 2010 Nissan Altima from this place and have to say, this is my first time buying a car and I'm very satisfied with my business with them. Jackie and all the ladies in the Selinsgrove store were my go to people for handling the paperwork and everything. Everyone there is friendly,pleasant and willing to help, would highly recommend, I guarantee you'll leave satisfied.
