Excellent experience with my home mortgage with Tyler Bedney! Tyler was on top of the process the entire time. Super smooth mortgage, and it seemed like Tyler predicted every next move. I was very well taken care of here.

In the middle of an identity theft crisis, this Bank had the audacity of telling me to make payments on fraudulent charges in my accounts. Instead of helping , they hurt me. Stay away.

It is appalling to my family that Bremer has such poor quality of service. With managing a home loan improperly to the point where we went with a different bank that gave us accurate information and accurate time management. Appalling issues with our family reporting fraud and the Bank siding with a company that stole money from us even though we had proof that a company stole from us. I think it is very discouraging that they do not have a reviews page on the banks facebook page as well. I have spoken with multiple people in this area regarding this banks poor quality service and I would suggest Buyers beware on proceeding to have them in mind as a bank service.

The only Bank in Grand forks that allows me to cash my checks without having an account and charging me $$ to cash them thank you bremer

The Money pass ATM's that they advertise is a joke. They are mostly located at other banks. So, if you need to withdraw money at places like a concert, ball game, or gas station you will be double charged. Once by Bremer and once by the ATM owner.

This review pertains to the Mortgage department only at the 3100 Columbia road location. I have no business dealings other than trying to refinance our home with Bremer. The customer service and communication to the client is about as close to zero as it gets. It is the most unorganized, chaotic, and truly disrespectful financial situation I have ever been in. I would NEVER refer anyone to the mortgage department at this location. It is truly embarrassing to think of the time we wasted dealing with the incompetence before finally moving on to another Bank. I really hope that someone can use this review to help them make a decision.

I went inside to see a banker and my wife did the same thing because she wanted verification showing she had closed her account several months ago. A woman saw us on separate occasions implying we were thieves and she didn't have a record of my wife ever having an account with Bremer. We complained to the manager and she sided with the banker. Pathetic place!
