I recently went in to this location to open a new account because a company i acquired last week has an existing relationship with their ND branch. Since i was coming from class i had on a backpack and sweatpants (Didn't think anything of it) considering i currently have two 6 figure contracts with 2/5 major sports teams here in Minnesota i did not think it would be a big deal...... I was clearly wrong, from the very 1st interaction with the teller and branch manager something felt off, now had the manager taken 2 seconds to get to know me before deciding to profile me she would have been informed about my recent acquisition and the size of the account i would be taking ownership of BUT since she chose not based on my look and under the guidelines of "ChexSystems denied you" she will have to find out from the complaints i filed last week. For those of you that are wondering, what information was on the report the she attempted to use to disqualify me lol it was from 2017 listed as "paid in full" and i currently have an active account with the institution and a 700+ credit score.... If you are a minority just go with another bank, i would recommend Chase Private Client at 1039 Grand Ave the service was amazing from beginning to end and the staff clearly love what that do. Have a blessed day

Been with this bank for 10+ years. Recently I got an overdraft notice from an account that i rarely used. Seems they had been applying a recurring low balance fee and slowly sucking $500 out of my account. The balance didnt dip below minimum until the fee sucked it below 300. There were NO alerts when this happened, the only alert i had was when the entire account was drained and the fee was creating more overdraft fees. I refilled account to ABOVE minimum balance, but the minimum balance fee persisted. If you insist on banking here, be vigilant. After my 10 years there i can no longer recommend them.
