While waiting to sign paperwork, my Fiancé was walking around admiring pictures of Old Pataskala, Ohio. The man working there, Mitchell M., instructed him to go back to the waiting area- like he was doing something wrong. I asked to use the restroom and the lady was about to let me do so before the man told her I was not allowed to do so at this time. We were impressed with the bank overall until we were treated with disrespect by Mitchell M. Unfortunately, we will not be returning.

Their name really says it all. Friendliest people I have dealt with in banking. We have a mortgage and equity line with them and they were so easy and great to work with. Went above and beyond, even delivering paperwork to our home and we don't live near their bank. We had an auto loan with them several years ago and same experience. Offered crayons and coloring pages for our kids and made us feel at home. Highly recommend them.
