Website to reorder checks was not working properly so I called and attempted to order checks and the lady asked for my account number and checked it out and said she ordered them for me. She didn’t ask for the control number or the reorder number,just saying that she has it.when the checks arrived that started at 1000 like I was a new customer,when I called to complain a different lady said that I would have to pay again for new checks which they messed up my order,I asked to speak with a supervisor and she said supervisor was busy and would call me back.As you would know I’m still waiting on that call.If they had a zero rating that’s what I would give.

Went in to make a withdrawal. Didn't have to wait in line and was back in my vehicle and on my way home quickly. The lady at the counter was very nice. Both ladies had their masks on.

I would not recommend this place to anyone. It is like they are still functioning in the 2000s. You can not make payments online and they just in the past year made an updated their mobile app with modern features. Iv had so many issues with this bank it literally slows my life down not being able to do things like places like capital one or chase bank. Do you yourself a favor and go to another bank that is more updated. They say they "don't have the capability yet" to do a hand full of things. Well, its almost 2021 things need to be updated, this is ridiculous.

I've been to their Sherwood location several times to open an account & never even got inside the front door! Its always locked & never answered!

This credit union cant seem to keep employees. They do operate in the 1900’s. They do alot of underhanded business. If u are not one of their favorites, you will not get far. They have strict guideline, smh! For what? They are not that popular. Choose another Credit Union!!!! If u need to make a payment on one of their loans, you have to get a checking account to pay it, or u can mail it. So inconvenient.

I tried to withdraw money from my savings account at their ATM, but couldn't remember the PIN (rarely withdraw money). Didn't have time to go inside, so I pulled up to the window and asked if they could reset my PIN. I was told no - they would have to mail me a new PIN for $5. This was over 2 weeks ago, and I still haven't received my new PIN. They also continue to mail letters to my old address after I updated my mail-to. Ridiculous all around. I will be closing my account this week due to the headache.

Great credit union! I’ve been a member for many many years & love them!

Love the people but the lack of branches makes it very difficult to access there great services.
