Company used to be called Hidden pump… Hidden valley was great people, honest had them do service on many of my homes. Brax is a whole new ballgame… Company with many branches throughout the state… Pulled my pump left me without any water. Provided a quote that was three times the amount of the other contractors for a replacement of the pump that they (HV ) installed a two and a half years ago. Unauthorized charges on my credit card, There’s a lot of good local San Diego pump service companies give them a try

Hidden Valley Pump systems upgraded my submersible pump & installed a pressure tank & distribution pump. The improvement went great. The workers were well trained & organized & left the property in a clean orderly condition. About 6 months after the system upgrade the pressure cut off valve failed. The problem was in the switch not the installation. I contacted Hidden Valley Pump systems during the week end. Monday morning a Supervisor was at my location & replaced the switch & valve. My system has never worked better. I am impressed with their timely attention to my problem. The equipment was still under warranty & the repair was made without an additional costs to me !!
