This place does not verify that power tools work before selling them, and they will not honor their 24hr return policy, and they (Angel) lie.
Just to recap: You purchased a used nailgun from us and declined the warranty on 6/15 around 3pm. You returned on 6/16 around noon and stated the unit was leaking air, we checked the item in for repair and let you know someone would need to test the unit and we would either repair it for free or refund your money after we find out what is wrong with it. By 7:15 PM the same day the unit was tested, found to be defective and a full refund was issued back to your card. We are obviously short staffed and are not able to get to everything immediately (That's why I was here hours after closing getting things caught up) such as testing and repairs. If anyone said you would not get a refund they were mistaken. We stand behind the products we sell and even offer extended warranties for coverage beyond the first 24 hours. If there was any confusion or miscommunication I sincerely apologize and I do feel it is perfectly reasonable to test a defective item before issuing a refund. I honestly don't know what we could have done differently in this situation although I am open to suggestions if you have any. I'm also confused as to why you felt it necessary to leave 3 negative reviews less than 24 hous after dropping off your item for repair and after we already issued you a full rufund. We are a small business and we certainly make mistakes but we would never intentionally sell a defective item or force a customer to keep a defective item.

This is a great place for customers! Jason and Angel are very focused on providing excellent service and value. Best transfer price in town on firearms and best layaway terms too. Wide range of items all very organized and competitively priced. Fair in their dealings. You won’t be disappointed. And they have ammo!

It will be hard for me to deal with them again cause one was giving me 75 the lady that was helping me then ask the man something and he said give me 60 only reason I did it was I had to get back home.
Sue, I apologize for the misunderstanding. You are correct she offered you $75.00 and you were requesting more so she asked for a manager to review the tranaction. Upon review I discovered she was already loaning you more than the maximum amount on that item. The max was $60.00 and she had already offered you $75.00. I did not realize she only gave you $60.00 until I saw your review and my intetion was not to reduce the offer. Once an offer is made we will ALWAYS honor it. Please come by the shop during normal business hour so we can make this right!

I called and everything because there place is two hours away bc I have a mo and a computer that I. Trying to sell since it has no use anymore for me there like brand new but when I get there they say they can't buy it I won't be going back
Would you mind providing some details about the tranaction? I cannot find any record of you or your call in our system and I suspect you may have us mixed up with the shop 2 blocks down the road that recently closed. We certainly accept computers here for both pawn and purchase.

Tried to Pawn one of my newest laptops. No damages, brand new but was told they aren’t interested in my model but yet looked like they had 2015 laptops on their shelves that they are trying to sell.

We take several types of things, this currently isn’t something we are taking. As to your rating, are you upset with the service you received from the individual who assisted you? I've been going here for years and have sold, pawned and purchased items from them. They've always been very straightforward and honest about pricing and any issues they know about with their items. I moved down to south Chattanooga and I still drive back up to Cleveland when I need to pawn or sell something. Owner and his family/employees are always super friendly and helpful

I have purchased a few guns here and the quality is great, but that’s not what I’m writing about. I rented a U-Haul through them and when I returned it, my company phone had fell off its clip between the seat. At 2:30 in the morning, the guy came out and got the key so I could get my phone. That’s damn good customer service if so say sorry myself. Never had better. Great business and great people.

If you are in a tight place financially they will work with you even on making payments. This is the only pawn shop in town that will pull your items off the shelf if you pay up on your pawns. The staff if very courteous down to earth and helpful as well as compassionate. Would not recommend any other place
